its that people feel empowered behind the internet and can make so much Havoc!i have been trying to reach you on the phone and you dont answer or return my calls!!!everything you stated is false and all proof has been sent to [redacted]! please remove this complaint as yoou can see the consumer is being unreasonable she received more her fair share of discounts! Consumer cannot be reimburse because consumer checked all items on the delivery end signed bill of lading confirming that everything was delivered in good condition, ! Also consumer needed to notify company on delivery date or at a minimum 2 days later but it was never done! Please understand that we took all the necessary actions to make this consumer receive her furniture in a timely professional manner!

first I must state that we never hang up on people... [redacted] was swearing at the saleperson (Ari) and Stephanie from dispatch explained that its not necessary to use that kind of language later [redacted] apologized.... [redacted] spoke to multiple people at dispatch...

(Stephanie, Levanie and Michael) all explained the exact breakdown of contract and why the bill wenf from $1228 to $1550, [redacted] received and email August ** 2016 with the actual breakdown of all items to be shipped from VA to NV, later on the dispatch personnel explained and broke down item per item showing her why!We also spoke to her father which was very calm and respectful, he understood and agreed why contract pricing changed $322.00we have all recording of all conversations and emails to show if needed!!!  [redacted] if you wish to speak to me as weel Brian you may contact me via email [email protected] or ###-###-#### direct Thank You

I never sugned the credit card authorization. I never signed the contract. I informed this company of my disability so that I could get help with the contract. I advised and recorded each and every conversation. I notified this company numerous times that I was cancelling this move. The inly ones yelling were company representitives as undicated by the "apology" email from "Joe", which I did not request. I wanted my money back less than 24 hours of speaking with Christine. They even got the city wrong, which is indicative of thier service and competence. Michael called me yesterday when I had others in the cab. He said he recieved confirmation via email. The only confirmation was sent by the company to me and I IMMEDIATELY cancelled via email stating the communications were too poor, did not confirm our conversation accurately and a complaint had been filed with the DOT, which it has and I will be pursuing. Almost every review of this company says the same thing and specifically names the individuals I spoke to. I ONLY mentioned my disabiloty to receive assistance with the contract and when Joe began yelling at me telling me tiny print in an email stating it was binding. There is no place called Baltimore NY to my knowledge. How difficult would it have been for this company to do the right thing and return my money? Each phone call and email has been saved and will be forwarded to the proper investigating authorities. Christine even asked me to sign a credit authorization for the reservation and I refused, stating and writing that I was cancelling. I have since hired reputable movers and have experienced no issue with them. The misrepresentations in this company's response are gross and inexcusable. I will also be following up with the Consumer Fraud Protecyion Unit in NY. It is not just about the money. It is about ethical behavior.

Ms Johnson received a quote for $1725 for a completely different list than the quote she received the day she changed the list which was one day prior to her move, please attached documents to confirm everything we say is correct it was never 20 boxes extra as she claims! We still told her dont move...

the extra items move only the list for the same price. We never bait and switch or hold HOSATGE we have been in business for over 15 YEARS and still running STRONG, never were put out of service. Een though the bed was broken down into 5 pieces you can that on the estimate also the bed was broken down to pieces. it. Also why will someone put jewelry in a moving box without declaring it... Everyone can state that my diamond ring, rolex watch  is stolen !!!! All contracts state that all extraordinary items need to be  declared !!! We never open any box all of our guys are checked and screened prior to working with us !!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The attached itemized list is what they were supposed to pick up but the driver David left once he saw the furniture saying it was more than what was on the itemized list. He did indeed say he would only take 10 items. When I placed this reservation with Beacon I advised Tatiana that I was in [redacted] and I would be present for the delivery not the pick up. Beacon refused to take the itemized list of furniture attached because the furniture was too big and they did not have enough room on a fully loaded truck at the time of pick up. I can indeed provide you with a notarized statement that this is what happened on the day of pick up. Now I have paid another company $4,054.00 to make this move for me due to Beacon Moving and Storage's refusal to pick up my furniture per the contract. The driver David drove off without saying anything to my representative at the house. This is why I am requesting a full refund of my deposit as I do not have $1,215.00 to give to a company for services not rendered. Especially when I was forced to retain the services of another company to do what Beacon refused to do. I would not have retained the services of another company to pay any additional monies for something they agreed to do. Beacon refused to make the move per the contract, this is why I am paying someone else for the same services I requested from Beacon Moving & Storage.

  I totally dis-agree with the response provided by Beacon/Brian.. Again some more lies. I never denied that I had 27 items, little more than what they have estimated, since they never visit the place to estimate before picking up the things. I called them on all the dates they have provided me that they will deliver my goods, on Sept *, Sept ** Sept *, Sept *, Sept **, Sept **, Sept **, Sept **, Sept ** On none of these they have told me that, my stuff was sent on [redacted] and nothing about the breakdown for 5 days.. It's only now through this email message that They are telling me, again another lie. This company is just full of lies.. When I called on Sept [redacted] the dispatch staff lady tole me that my things were not sent, it will be sent following week and asked me to call them on Sept *, When I called them on that day, they told me that it will be picked up on  Sept * and will be sent to PA.. When I called them on Sept *, the answer I got was that, it was picked on Sept * and they told me that we it should be delivered on weekend. Again when I called them on Sept [redacted] they told me that, It's dispatched and will be delivered soon. Again when I called them on Sept [redacted] they told me that I will get it soon and after begging them many times to provide the Contact number to verify, they finally gave me the drivers contact no.. Driver didn't pickup the call on Sept ** when I called him.. When I called him the next day.. He clearly told me that it was picked up only on Sun Sept ** and the driver himself told me that, people working in this company are all lairs, don't believe them, they always lie to everyone and I am fed up of this company, they are making me to drive around like crazy. I had to follow up with the driver almost every day and he was kind enough to deliver the goods to me on Sept [redacted] at Midnight. I am thankful to the driver. When I called the Dispatch team so many time, they didn't even had courtesy to say sorry for all these issues. I believe they might be recording all the calls that they get. Request you to please get the recordings and verify which will confirm what I am saying.    Also I called them 2-3 times about the damaged and missing items. The Lady at the dispatch department told me that they will check for the missing item and call me, which they never did. I also asked them about the damaged items, initially they asked me to directly contact the insurance company and raise a claim.  As per this response, I will call Brian and see what he has to update me.

we are aware of the problem that transpired between employees, we want to apologize for the embarrassing situation that occurred at your premises. We have Labor ready Acct and sometime we receive really awkward characters. [redacted], i am really sorry to hear about all the damages you are stating I will personally contact anthem and check your file. Please understand that delivery is a matter of consolidation and moving to a secluded far away area like rochester sometimes takes more than major cities...

like NYC or even Boston for that matter...We did our best to deliver your items ASAP and even though there was a mishap in the dates we still delivered on the day we promised you Thursday July ** 2016...Please contact me directly at [redacted] so we can expedite your concerns I also tried to reach out to you several times and left you messages!
