I am rejecting this response because: CSID did call me two days ago at 7:00 am (several months after the event) to offer me a free one year subscription to their services. They failed to mention the fact they still owed me for five months of service when they cancelled my service. CSID still did not offer to refund the five months fee. I declined their offer and told them they had "left a a bad taste in my mouth".

I am rejecting this response because: Please review your own files. It took these folks three months to give a response that "their problems have been resolved". I received a call yesterday from them, of course, leaving a message for me to call the 800# and they will assist. I have better things to do then call and hang on a phone for someone to assist me who really doesn't assit me. Revdex.com should be protecting consumers from businesses that practice like this and there should be a note on their account how awful they are to deal with. I am trusting THESE FOLKS with my information? I will attempt again tomorrow to see if I can resolve this issue. I will again call.

She made it seem like I was overreacting because someone with my same first and last name got paired up with me. His middle initial and birth date aren't even close to mine. Funny enough, your company failed to find my own personal records, which are as your company represent "public information". All in all, your company tried to pass this off as something not to worry about when you were reckless in attaching someone else's personal (public) information to my file. Out of all the [redacted]'s in the state of New York alone, you couldn't find anyone (you know, like ME) who has public remarks? SAD! I'll never use your products, and I have a large online/local community presence and I will use it to drive your company's name into the ground. My next contact is COSTCO corporate. I am rejecting this response because:I have all of my e-mails from May 4, 2016 and May 11, 2016.CSIdentity did not send me NOR did I receive any e-mails explaining that they planned to cancel my membership.I reject their assertion.I only received CSIdentity's monthly e-mail about my account, and I could never access the account as they used their "old" message and the log in was not working. That is why I telephoned their offices several times and on one ever told me that they were deleting the CALpers accounts, even though they took my $60.00 yearly fee from my credit card in October 2015, and I could not access my account beginning in December 2015. I have no reason to lie about not receiving e-mails from them.
