Dear Revdex.comWhen a customer purchases a boxed chest, for examples [redacted] , we also offer to put it together for an small additional fee but some customers do not want to pay for it! So, we have them sign a NO RETURN POLICY NO REFUND ! THAT has been Our STORE POLICY SINCE WE OPENEDI can't force a customer to pay additional fee for my staff to put it together and pick it up the next day or soWe tell them all the time there are a lot of screws to put together! Dear Revdex.comYou can CLEARLY SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS THAT HE signed that states "Any Furniture that needs FORCING or hoisting in any manor into your premises BDS DISCOUNT is not responsible for any/all damages that may OCCUR."? As, I stated my drivers assessed the situation before taking out the furniture from the truck and spoke to Mr [redacted] and told him that the furniture would not fit and that he would have to sign because they knew that it would not fitHe agreed and signed and they proceeded to bring the furniture in.? Dear Revdex.comWe delivered Mr [redacted] furniture on 4/18/and upon arriving my delivery guys assessed the situation and realized that going up to the 3rd floor with his furniture was not going to be impossible! They immediately stamped the paperwork,review it and had him sign (which is attached and you can clearly see it) ! Thank you and if you have any questions please feel free and contact me ! I would like the company to replace the three damaged pieces they put on this piece of furniturethey told me they were bringing the piece already assembled, they did not say to me that they would assemble in house and be here for a couple of hours I did not have full time necessary for a full inspectionI do not want the piece replaced I want the damaged pieces replaced I have pictures and would like to submit them to youI showed one of their evening managers he said those pieces should be replaced but he said he was only filling in for someone elsethey should replace the damaged piecesI really don"t see why they don"t want to give their customers good service ? ?

Unfortunately, our policy dictates no money back on purchasesWe will gladly exchange the TV stand for a bigger size, or return it for a store credit that does not expire and can be used on anything in the storeIn regards to the setup, we can send our team out to take a look at what exactly looks loose.?

No you won't gladly exchange it for a bigger sizeWe tried that at the storeYou don't have a bigger size in that same TV standI won't take a TV stand that I don't likeI spent an hour at the store and looking at all your catalogs and you don't have that same TV stand in a bigger sizeSo trying to give me something that I don't like just because you want to keep my money won't help meThe way you treat your customers is disgusting to say the least
