I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.It took for me over a month hear from the store manager in regard my complaintFor being the store general manager, he is not well informed how does his store employees run the businessApparently he did not know what was happening for that long with a customerIf I accept the furniture, and I need to file a claim for guaranty in the future, It will not going to workI do not want anything to do with that business after all of this happenedThey can not run a business stepping over people in other to make money no matter what.? Taking customers money, then taking their time for the customer to receive the order over a month later is unacceptable.? Regards,

Dear Revdex.comWhen a customer purchases a boxed chest, for examples *** ***, we also offer to put it together for an small additional fee but some customers do not want to pay for it! So, we have them sign a NO RETURN POLICY NO REFUND !? THAT has been

Dear Revdex.com,I know for a fact if we offered her delivery, WE OFFERED TO BUILD THE CHEST AS WELL! That makes zero sense that we would offer one and not the other! We are here to satisfy our customers ! Thank you very much for your time![redacted] General ManagerBDS DISCOUNT

Dear Revdex.comYou can CLEARLY SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS THAT HE signed that states "Any Furniture that needs FORCING or hoisting in any manor into your premises BDS DISCOUNT is not responsible for any/all damages that may OCCUR." As, I stated my drivers assessed the situation before taking out the furniture from the truck and spoke to Mr. [redacted] and told him that the furniture would not fit and that he would have to sign because they knew that it would not fit. He agreed and signed and they proceeded to bring the furniture in. Thank you very much,[redacted]

The manager at BD's, while away, contacted the customer in regards to this issue. Unfortunately, policy dictates that warranty does not cover physical damage several months after delivery of product. BDS does not own the furniture, therefore the furniture cannot be repossessed. The financial...

institution, [redacted], owns the furniture, hence the payments being made from the customer to [redacted]. If the customer does not wish to continue paying for the merchandise, [redacted] has the right to reposes the furniture after contact with the customer. Thank you, BDS Team
