Greetings – Update:This email update, is in regards to complaint # [redacted] , I submitted on April 11, 2017, against Beard Monster, assigned to ID [redacted] The order that I placed from website on March 31, , (that I sent a request for cancelation and refund for on April 10, 2017) , was finally shipped on April 12, , days after my credit card was charged for the $product and days after they emailed me stating the product had been shipped.When I received the shipment April 14, , it is lower quality than what I was expecting, the kit is missing the “carbon static comb” as advertised, mustache wax tin is missing labeling, the lid to the wooden box appears to be warped and will not close properlyOverall , I am dissatisfied with their customer service (lack of response to emails, pre charging credit card, lack of cancelation option of order on site ), product (low quality, missing items, lack of proper labelling ) and, shipping (failed to ship as promised on site and shipping announcements)Complaint wise, this issue has been resolved since the product did arrive days after the order was placedThank you; [redacted]

Hi! Orders [redacted] and [redacted] were shipped together, at the request of Mr [redacted] They were both delivered, as the tracking showed ( [redacted] ) USPS does not keep online records of tracking numbers past six months, as far as we can tell, but they may be able to provide more information if a case is opened An investigation was done, and USPS confirmed that the package was delivered to Canadian Customs After that, it was handed over to Canada Post and they later informed USPS that it had been delivered to Mr [redacted]

Hey! Okay, so I think we have finally figured out the problem! It looks like we had a batch of shipments go missing with USPS, and it looks like yours was caught up in the fray I am so sorry for the delay, the issues, and all of the problems We are reshipping all of those orders over the next week, along with a free gift Thank you so much for your patience!

According to our records, both orders shipped to Mr [redacted] have been delivered There were replacement items that went out, and those appear to have been returned to us Typically we would wait for them to arrive back to us before reshipping, but because the order was international, that can often take months We have resent the items Thanks!

We certainly do feel badly about how this was handledHowever, the package was delivered and has not been returnedIf it is, we will certainly issue a refund

this is a second complaint I purchased three full kits beard oil products October 16th of and have still not received them yet money has been taken from my account and a pre shipment notification was sent to USPS but nothing was ever shipped on the first complaint the businesses response was that they would send the package immediately on Monday and send me an updated email I received no updated email and have yet to receive a package
I would like this order shipped or receive a full refund within business days.Sincerely,*** ***
