Hi!  Orders [redacted] and [redacted] were shipped together, at the request of Mr. [redacted].  They were both delivered, as the tracking showed ([redacted]).  USPS does not keep online records of tracking numbers past six months, as far as we can tell, but they may be able to provide more information if a case is opened.  An investigation was done, and USPS confirmed that the package was delivered to Canadian Customs.  After that, it was handed over to Canada Post and they later informed USPS that it had been delivered to Mr. [redacted].

We are so sorry for the terrible experience you have had, and we are more than willing to make it right.  The bottle of wash and the extra gift are on the way to you now, and should be to you by Saturday, November 19.  Thank you so much for your patience!
