Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The tracking number reports the package is back in Washington state. Return should be complete in the next few days. Really wish these quick responses were the case when the product was originally ordered.Then this situation could have been avoided all together. "Feeling badly" certainly doesn't seem true, when the company website email was not receiving a response I attempted to contact the company through Facebook, where I was promptly blocked from sending messages. I hope others don't make the same mistake.Sincerely,[redacted]

Greetings – Update:This email update, is in regards to complaint  #[redacted], I submitted on April 11, 2017, against Beard Monster, assigned to ID [redacted]. The order that I placed from website on March 31, 2017 , (that I sent a request for cancelation and refund for on April 10, 2017) ,...

was finally shipped on April 12, 2017 , 10 days after my credit card was charged for the $75 product and 9 days after they emailed me stating the product had been shipped.When I received the shipment April 14, 2017 , it is lower quality than what I was expecting, the kit is missing the “carbon static comb” as advertised, mustache wax tin is missing labeling, the lid to the wooden box appears to be warped and will not close properly. Overall , I am dissatisfied with their customer service (lack of response to emails, pre charging credit card, lack of cancelation option of order on site ),  product (low quality, missing items, lack of proper labelling ) and, shipping (failed to ship as promised on site and false shipping announcements). Complaint wise, this issue has been resolved since the product did arrive 15 days after the order was placed. Thank you;[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Both orders were not delivered,  and there was only 1 tracking number for both orders.  If the order has been reshipped,  when was it reshipped,  and what is the tracking number? Considering how I've been completely ignored when requesting the very same information prior to my complaint,  I'll believe it when the order arrives.

According to our records, both orders shipped to Mr. [redacted] have been delivered.    There were replacement items that went out, and those appear to have been returned to us.  Typically we would wait for them to arrive back to us before reshipping, but because the order was...

international, that can often take months.  We have resent the items.  Thanks!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The company...

showed poor customer service through the entire process. They do not communicate with the customer.  
The requested package was ordered on Dec. 9 with a false tracking number, the report to the Revdex.com was made Dec. 20 due to the company's unwillingness to communicate. I received a email from the company after they  received notice from the Revdex.com of the complaint stating "the package was mailed yesterday" (Dec. 20th). The package was actually post marked onDec. 22 and was delivered to a CLOSED business address on Dec. 24. Package has now been sent back to the company as it was intended to be a Christmas present.
The company had ample time to fulfill the order and exercise good customer care prior to a report being made to the Revdex.com. Then continued to be dishonest and uncommunicative after the report was made.

this with PayPal. There are no pending transactions on my account, and certainly no refunds. So this is, yet again, another lie from this company. Nice to see that I have to reach out to the Revdex.com before they even care. This company should be shut down, I know several other consumers that have been duped as well. Next step will be my lawyer contacting this hem for the fraud/theft they are trying to pull. [redacted]
