I bought the product on a trial and was told the shipping is free That is not the case I got two small products sent to me in one small box Was charged two charges of $to total $in shipping charges for each month they sent me product I have never in my life been charged that much for shipping much less for one tiny small box I called customer service and they proceeded to tell me it was the post office that charged that amount, which is a flat lie They are hiding fees claiming they are shipping and handling Not only is the customer service awful I asked for a supervisor times and was just transferred to another customer service agent This company is fraudulent and full of lies Don't believe them when they tell you free shipping They try to side track you by telling you the great deal you are getting Give me a break

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. My credit card company was all too familiar with Bellalabs In fact the customer rep was the one that told me how to find the information on their policy Also, they do not provide notification that processing for the card payment occurs outside the United States and you are charged an additional fee for a foreign transaction Had either of these notices been properly and prominently displayed on the payment page I would never have placed an order I would contend the deception was intentional

I am writing to inform you that I would like to re-open my previous complaint (number in email chain below). While I did receive a phone call from the company a day or two after logging the complaint back
in February, I did just receive another letter stating that I would be sent to collections for the amount they claim I owe. Can you please open the case again so this can be resolved once and for all?
