I want to agree with the other complaintsThe web site is very misleading and should be redoneAnd it does say free with day free trialWell it took days for me to receive the product and only days to decide if I even liked the creams I was sentHow can you be sure with only to days to decide on a product that says it takes at least months to start seeing resultsThe web site was very misleading and it gave a different price than what I was chargedI wish like so many others that I would have checked with the Revdex.com before I decided to use this productI would not recommend anyone to go for the free trial as it is so calledBecause like myself I have learned the hard wayAnd to pay for a tiny little jar of cream is beyond crazyI will be smarter in the futureI do not recommend this product to anyone

I do not agree with their explanation as because when I finished survey, it immediately gave me a choice of gifts and upon choosing the gift, it went directly to info to enter my credit cardI did not get a web site or anything saying I had a free 14day trial then would be billed
I am however, grateful they refunded my money As this was a first time for me to agree to a free gift, I have learned a valuable lesson and will never do anything like this againIt has definitely made me distrust anything advertised as a free gift with only having to pay shipping and handling

The customer placed the order on 4/19/This is when they paid the initial $for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial day supply they were sentSince there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the day supply on 5/4/as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed toThe consumer contacted BellaLabs on 5/4/with a request for cancellationThe account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via emailThe customer informed us on 5/7/that they disputed the charge with their bank and we received a notice from that bank on 5/15/Customer again emailed us on 6/17/about chargeDue to this complaint, we have refunded the disputed charge of $back to the customer, however we do stand by our terms and conditions and reiterate that the customer does have to agree to those terms and conditions before they confirm their order. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account

I sent an email in August of , asking to cancel the order. I received a shipment in September, which arrived while I was out of town, so I was not aware of it. The shipment on October 3rd was the first shipment that I was aware of. When I called the company, they grudgingly agreed to refund the price of that shipment
After I had mailed the October shipment, I found the September shipment, which I had not seen before. The company refused to accept return of that shipment, even though I had canceled in August.
