This company uses fraudulent methods and mock surveys to sign you up for a product they advertise as a free gift (You only pay shipping is the ploy)!Avoid this company at all costI got my money returned to my charge card after an extensive conversation with Bella Labs and filing a fraud alert with my charge card company or I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com
Our charge card had foreign transaction fees charged to it, so they are probably operating outside the country for their protection

If you go to 'pissedconsumer.com" you will find people with the same complaintsThis offer (IN LARGE PRINT) is for a day trialNO ONE received the product for a week, which left days to test the productI searched through the delivery box for a terms of service and found nothingWhen I called the company the representative said they don't let us try out the product to see if it works...they're just letting us use the trial period to see if we can tolerate the cream, which absolutely is NOT stated in the their promoThe 'terms of service" on the website are in tiny print, while the day trial is largeIt is not clear at all, and I am wondering if a class action suit would be in orderThis company uses deception and is unethical

This companies advertising and promotional techniques are misleadingI received the promotional trial,as described (sponsered my Pappa Johns) , and was not informed of the monthly fee, and automatic subscription that would be instated Shipping of the promotional was authorized Misleading promotional advertising When I contacted customer support, the gentleman on the phone tried to avoid the issue, and acted as more of a sales agent then a customer support representative Subscription was canceled after discussions and frustration with BellaLabs staff I was not refunded the subscription price BellaLabs had made transactions to debiting money from my account transaction for 98cents, and the other for (subscription price) the cent debit cannot be explained

At Bella Labs every customer is given the right to try their first day supply without charge for the first daysAfter the day trial

The consumer placed the order on 06/03/This is when they paid the initial $and this began the day trial period to sample from the initial day supplySince there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the day supply on 06/18/as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed toIf the customer still did not contact us, they are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscriptionOn 07/18/14, the consumer was billed $for a second bottleThe consumer contacted our company on 07/19/with a request for cancellationThe account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellationBased on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the charge of $on that same day for the 07/18/chargeThe consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refundThe refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.
