When Mrs. Weiss initially called us on 9/16/17, she stated that another company snaked the sewer line and hit something at about 30 feet and their equipment was not strong enough to punch through it. We sent a drain technician out and they cabled her main line through the outside clean out to clear...

the blockage. We were called back out due to the sewer line backing up again on 10/20/17. Our Project Manager cameraed the line and was able to clear 4 blockages due to root intrusion but found multiple breaks in the line, major root intrusion and orange burg piping that was blistering heavily into the crawl space. He was not able to get past where there was a major break in the line. He offered her Straight Forward Pricing to replace the sewer line with a 20 year warranty, which she declined. He also called her and gave her straight forward price to repair the line for $5,700.00 which she also declined. If roots are compromising the sewer line, that constitutes a failure in the line and clearing it is only a temporary repair. We offered her a permanent solution to an on-going issue.

My hot water heater was leaking, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to get someone to my house within an hour of my calling them. The service pro, xxxxx, was on time, polite, and had my new hot water heater installed and the old one taken away in no time at all. He was also extremely helpful with providing information on cleanup and restoration.

xxxxx was super. Friendly, professional and completed the job with no mess. Very satisfied with him and the company. I have been a customer for over 8 years and have never had any issues.

sean and tyler came in to replace our sewage pipe in the basement from and old cast iron to pvc. they did a nice job and were quick and efficient and cleaned up well after.

Ask for this guy - he is courteous, neat, a thoroughly professional troubleshooter, and at only 37 yrs of age, has been a plumber for many years and knows what needs to be done.

He gave us the estimate on replacing the sewer line and our service was scheduled for the following week. [redacted] and [redacted] arrive on time the morning of the day the sewer line replacement was supposed to occur. They too were very thorough. I was very please they were able to complete the job without tearing up the sidewalk. I highly recommend the service of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

The service plumber [redacted] did a fantastic job with all the plumbing at my home. She was patient and explained everything to me. I would recommend her to others.

I had the need for a plumber 3 times in the past month. A sewer back-up which turned out to be roots in the line, a broken hot water line under the slab and a shower control that would not turn off. Previously I have used this company to remove a garbage disposal and to change out an old hose bib line.
Each time they have been courteous, prompt, fair and have quickly solved the problem. I have had 3 or 4 different technicians/plumbers come out both as emergency and regular calls and have been extremely pleased with their service to me.
I would recommend them to anyone.
