Our Operations Manager has left 2 messages, one on July 22 at 3:30pm and one on July 29 at 10:00am, to try to resolve this issue. As soon as Mr. [redacted] calls back, we will be able to respond as to what resolution was reached.

I was extremely pleased with Ty at Ben Franklin Plumbing. The work was excellent and he was very professional and responsive to the questions I had. I will not hesitate to use the service again.

I have used the company many time and each time I am happily surprised with their professional, courteous, timely service. Just had the Best worker named xxxxx fix my kitchen sink had to have all new plumbing.also talk with me about service plans they have help me chose the best one for me will use Benjamin Franklin again.

I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the past and was pleased with their service. I needed a plumber for a few small jobs and called them again.

I was given an appointment, and the plumber arrived on time! I answered the door the plumber ([redacted]) was equipped with business cards, identification, shoe coverings and uniform.

[redacted] quickly identified the issue told me what it would cost and repaired the problem with no surprises. He was knowledable and experienced in his field, a true professional.

I used Benjamin Franklin to replace some exterior water faucets. The work was done the same day I called and Cassey was very friendly and did a great job. Pricing for all work was taken straight from a catalog and was completely transparent. A coupon on their website mostly covered the fee for coming out to the property.

Thank you for taking the time to review my issue and respond.  I did want to add a few things to the summary you provided though while this is being reviewed.  Your tech did provide a long term solution, but it was also presented as the only solution, even after I expressed concern with how expensive those two options were.  Unsolicited he also asked me if I planned on selling my house soon.  I told him I did plan on selling within the next year or two, and he suggested that I sell the house sooner.  Even after that he did not provide me with another solution.  My concern is that I hire a professional to assist me when I have issues with something that I am not an expert in.  All of the options should be presented to customers so they can make the best decision for themselves with full information, and it should definitely not be just the expensive options that are presented.I'm not sure how my friend's referral was relevant in your summary to the issue.  I did come to your company through a referral because they were happy with the work that was done, but now after my experience and doing some research they worry that they probably overpaid for their work.

We are rejecting this response because: The first two sentences of the response from Benjamin Franklin (  "We heard back from our concrete contractors...We assume the french drain is working... ") is indicative of the service we received; no follow through, no communication unless we initiated and lots of assumptions by Benjamin Franklin. It took three days of calls from us to get the concrete work scheduled, and quite frankly, our calls were only returned on the afternoon of the third day when  we stated we were filing a Revdex.com complaint. However, our chief complaint with Benjamin Franklin continues to be the poor quality of work coupled with the duplicitous practices employed in obtaining a contract.  We were promised the work would be completed in  one day, the work would resolve all flooding issues, and when we questioned the price and asked for an itemized list of parts and labor were told that Benjamin Franklin was unable to provide that information.  Throughout this job various Benjamin Franklin employees stated that their company had failed miserably on their performance. We have extensive documentation of their repeated statements regarding the numerous instances of mistakes. We have been told on several occasions that Benjamin Franklin would "take care of" the damage done to our home and personal property due to these "mistakes". We have requested an appointment to discuss the costs. During the last conversation, on September 27 we reminded the person calling to schedule the concrete work that we needed to meet to discuss a settlement. He agreed, but would not offer a specific time. We have not heard back from Benjamin Franklin since that call on September 27, 2017. Again, at this point, we fully understand that Benjamin Franklin is not a reputable company. We do not want to engage in any additional business dealings with this company. So, we emphatically reject the offer of a "5 year Total Care Club membership". We are willing to accept a full refund of $10,000 in lieu of pursuing costs of damages to our home, personal property and loss of family vacation.   Sincerely, [redacted]

We mailed a check #11911 dated 10/24/17 in the amount of $371.00 to Mr. [redacted] to resolve this concern.

Great service

Very happy with the service and charges for the service I received. It was after hours and I was in need of help right away. My garbage disposal was clogged up and I had company coming in that night. Service timely and the repairman was very good at what he did and very helpful. I will use this company again.

Another great job from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From quote to installation everything went great. On time and completed during my schedule. Would highly recommend this plumbing company.

Ben Franklin has the best people in the plumbing field. Mario was very helpful in addressing my issues, Aaron was super good about discussing my problems and their solutions. From beginning to end they were super good at what they do. I have been using Ben Franklin for a number of years and will continue to call them first whenever I have a plumbing issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I would like an explanation as to why we were told we needed a new sewer line and why we ended up getting a credit card in the mail when we specifically said we did not want to open another credit card beings we were not going to be having our sewer line redone. This is ridiculous! I'd like to know that no one else is going to get this type of treatment seems like it's only about  $. Disappointing that people will use scare tactics to push you into things that's over priced and unnecessary. If we wouldn't have gotten a second opinion we would be paying for something that doesn't need done. With an option of $7,000 or $18,000 completely outrageous. Many people wouldn't no any better that's to think especially when I live in a neighborhood with alot of older people that constantly get taken advantage of anyway! Running a good successful business includes having standards and morals!

xxxxx at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing- xxxxx did a fantastic job. He had to come out twice, and was super nice and helpful both times. I even had another repair man here at the same time, and he said "I really like xxxxx. He's a super nice dude".

Benjamin Franklin has always been very professional every time I've used them. Highly recommended.

One of the hose bib outlets broke at the wall on a Sunday. We had to shut down the main supply. Technician arrived early next morning and carefully removed the broken part without damaging the wall and replaced it with a new one. Water was back on by 10 AM.
