Customer service department is very professional and courteous. [redacted], our plumber, is a standup guy. Very patient during a time when I was having problems with a contractor at our home at the same time. He was very informative and provided excellent service. He also arrived in a timely manner.

My husband is homebound and I just had surgery. Our septic system backed up, so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 4:30pm. After explaining the situation, the scheduler called dispatch and found someone to come out that evening. I received a call from Forrest Grant around 5, letting us know he would be coming that evening. He showed up on time and worked in the dark to fix the problem. He and his assistant were professional and experts at pinpointing the problem. We wouldn't hesitate to call Ben Franklin Plumbing in the future. We'll definitely ask for Forrest!

[redacted]. arrived in response to a service call to fix a leak with my washer. Of course when I tried to show him the leak by turning on the washer, it didn't leak at the time.

[redacted] still continued to diagnose the leakage without seeing the leak. He found the problem with the pipe running from the washer to the main sewer pipe in the bathroom.

He ran a plumbers snake and unclogged the drain.

He was very personable, and business like. I have done wash since he left and it worked fine, no water leakage.

[redacted] was great.. Punctual, called ahead of time, showed me the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up. He didn't waste any time, he jumped to action, gave me the overview and away we went. Sink works great now- no more coffee grounds down the sink!
