apologize for any misunderstanding. We would like to schedule a technician out to assess the issue for the customer. Someone from our customer care team will reach out to the customer to schedule a day for a technician to go out to the customer's home.

We did have a technician out to the home who did note normal wear in the cushions. If only one seat of the sofa is used that seat will break in while the other unused seats will not break in. The technician also noted claw marks on one arm and a strong cat urine odor in the sofa. The sofa is not elegible for return.

Mold comes from a poor product and has caused health problems in our home. The internet ids fill of these complaints but your store never alerted me to the fact that memory foam molds. Fix this.

The [redacted] account is a line of credit as opposed to a closed term loan. The terms are set forth by [redacted] and are specified in the paperwork signed when signing for the finance account. In addition the monthly statement sent out from [redacted] has a section for "Minimum Payment Warning" which specifies if you only make the minimum payments how long it will take you to pay the balance as well as the estimated total you will pay. It also states "If you make only the minimum payment each period, you will pay more in interest and it will take you longer to pay off your balance."

These pieces were purchased in June 2011. They had a 1 year warranty. No additional warranty was purchased. As a 1 time courtesy we can allow a reselection at 50% of what was paid for the 3 pieces. The customer can call into our customer care department to discuss this option at [redacted],...
