Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I do in fact agree when I purchased the Subaru, I was excited and pleased at the time of purchasing the car. it was my very first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, and I was more than willing to keep the vehicle under the conditions verbally told by my sales representative that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I was given two or three different choices in the price range given by best autos. The Subaru looked a bit more up to par! when I purchased the vehicle. I was not aware of the different extended warranties that [redacted] is allegedly claiming he clearly specified to me the day of purchase, which in fact not true, nor was the 500mile/15 day warranty had I knew the warranty was clearly understood as 15 day, I would not have purchased the car AT ALL! 15 days is no time for a car full potential problems to occur.    After purchasing the Subaru, the first problem the very second day was the battery, the car would click when trying to start the vehicle, when the car finance company called me to inquire about my opinion of the vehicle, I explained to them that I wasn't please with the cars problem in not cutting on due to the battery or whatever was causing the car not to perform, and was quite annoyed that I had to ask for jumps from other citizens to start my car to get it to best autos. The day of purchasing the Subaru I did a minor walk around the vehicle and had noticed a few things such as the back door panel of the car .Every-time on multiple accounts of inquiring about the part before my warranty was allegedly over I were given excuse after excuse about the destination or outcome of the vehicle.    The second problem that occurred with the car were in fact the head lights, the back head light were out or extremely dim, the third problem occurred the following week which were in act the breaks on the Subaru, I took the vehicle into the shop a total of 3-4x in regards to the breaks and the loud squeaking sound it was performing very badly when I would break the vehicle. I was told after the third time of taking the car in for the breaks  that they did all that they can and there was nothing else they could do in regards to the squeaking the car was still having after allegedly trying to fix the problem. I asked for copies or receipts of the work orders for my own personal use, for reasons like this I too my car in multiple times and I have no documented proof at all that the work claimed to have been done on the car was in fact done on the vehicle. The fourth problem with the Subaru where there were an incident where the car started smoking and completely shut down and did not start, I contacted [redacted] at best auto immediately when the problem occurred and he at the time were converting and communicating back and fourth with my father [redacted] Sr ,Best autos had to come tow the Subaru from my fathers house to there shop in central [redacted], to fix the problem with the car which where told the spark plugs weren't any good.    Again there was no copies or paperwork given to me pertaining the car being fixed and what the problems where.I also took the vehicle in multiple times regarding the air conditioning system, which in act only blew out hot air, they claimed to have fixed the air conditioning the first time I took the vehicle in for the air conditioning and again No documentation were given to me as my personal proof it was done, because the air conditioning still blew out warm air. Within a two months time the vehicle was taken into the shop multiple times for different problems that occurred with the vehicle majority before the vehicles warrant allegedly expired and some shortly after , after the very last alleged fix done on the Subaru which was the spark plugs the vehicle then started leaking power steering fluids from the boots on the car so when I would go to drive the car, the oil would leak oil onto the manapho (a hot plate at the bottom of the vehicle) causing the car to smoke and burn off the oil leaking on there. the vehicle then started knocking and due to the crack/bend in the boot on the car, which were already there before purchasing the Subaru. if in fact they checked the breaks and did what they claimed to have done, they would have noticed the boots on that vehicle were bad and needed fixing.    I agree in the beginning the dealer was a bit flexible and cooperative regarding the minor problems on the car before the big one's occurred. Once the car was at its full potential use the cars problems re-surfaced and the problems the car endured could not have been noticed in a 15day time frame. When I purchased the vehicle it appeared to look like a great running problem free vehicle, but after the alleged time allowed the vehicle suffered multiple problems. When I called Best autos and had spoken to [redacted] I asked him to provide me with any and or all  copies of documentation  to the car as well as the  allegedly the work done on the vehicle, He refused giving me any documentation of the vehicle besides the contract information that I already had on the car the day of purchase, and suggested I did what I had to do. so here I am .I honestly did love that vehicle because it was my first vehicle off a dealers lot as well as me being a single mother and worked extremely hard to save up for a down payment on a vehicle. but unfortunately I was sold an nice looking lemon!     At one point I was very skeptical of purchasing a vehicle from Best Autos do to prior people that purchased from there dealer and had similar problems, as well as the number of calls they were calling me after I told them I would call them when interested, they sound like a very professional business as well as having great running cars with minor to no problems, so I gave them a shot and I had problems everyday with that vehicle since the day of purchase. At this point I would really just like my down payment refunded, another vehicle with the same or equal value of the Subaru, or the Subaru to be fixed properly. Because I was  misinformed a great bit regarding the vehicles conditions as well as the policy and warranties.                  Sincerely Ms. [redacted]
Regards,

[redacted] purchased a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer with 143K miles on 05/07/2016.  The vehicle was put through a standard reconditioning process and then sent for emissions testing.  On 5/11/2016 Mrs. [redacted]'s vehicle was immediately towed in for hesitation to accelerate...

complaints.  We resolved the issue as fast as possible and returned her vehicle.  She was not charged for the tow or the repairs as it was all done for free.  Unfortunately, we were not able to give her a loner vehicle because our insurance policy doesn't allow us to do so.  Mrs. [redacted] is correct that the VIN is attached to the vehicle and cannot be removed by anyone. She can take the vehicle to anyone or anyplace to verify the VIN is correct and genuine.  If you check your contract you can see the VIN on the vehicle matches the contract.  The vehicle computer stores the VIN number of the vehicle and sometimes the computer can lose programming or become corrupt.  It is very similar to a computer you use at home and they do act-up from time to time. This is not uncommon.  We had sent the vehicle for emissions testing with the corrupt programming and our system showed it as emissions complete.  One of our employees caught the mistake and notified our technician to check the onboard computer.  The "car reader" you are referring to is a vehicle OBD-II diagnostic scan tool.  It is used as a diagnostic tool to communicate with the vehicle computer.  We take full responsibility for our systems mishap and are very sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused you.  To make up for the inconvenience we would like to credit your account $324.12, which is equal to one month's payment free of charge.  We had to test drive the vehicle to insure proper function after reprogramming the onboard computer and used up some of your fuel in doing so, to make up for that we will fill up your tank on your next visit.  please let us know If this is agreeable to you.

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted]  purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt with 144762 miles on April 9 2016.  All of our vehicles are put through an inspection prior to putting up the vehicle for resale.  [redacted] test drove the vehicle prior to making the purchase and found nothing wrong with...

it as evidenced by attached "We Owe" sheet.  Any defects in the vehicle would be highlighted here and as in this case it states nothing was needed.  The vehicle warranty is not 30 days as stated by [redacted],  it is clearly stated in the contract as being 15 days or 500 miles whichever comes first.  Any complaints Mrs. [redacted] had with her vehicle regardless of merit were immediately addressed.  We did honor our warranty even beyond that 15 day period as a courtesy to her.  Her last service appointment was dated 05/11/2016 which is clearly beyond the 15 day period as well as the 30 day period claimed by Mrs. [redacted].     We strive to please every customer and out of goodwill we did everything we can to please Mrs. [redacted] by maintaining her vehicle well past the 15 day warranty period.  She drove the vehicle for nearly 2000 miles and the contract clearly states that she is responsible for the mileage she puts on the vehicle.  It also states that each mile driven costs $0.99 cents.  That would equate to well over the down payment she put down on the car.  We understand the importance of good credit management, however there is nothing we can do to change her credit history.  We accurately report credit and as much we would like to help Mrs. [redacted], we simply can't change the facts.

As much as we would like to service your vehicle for free we simply lack the recourses to do so. However our previous offer still stands.  We can do the work at a SUBSTANTIALLY discounted rate as a courtesy.

difficult time reading andcomprehending parts of [redacted] complaint and did our best to respond.  [redacted] purchased a 2007 FordEscape with 133,790 miles from our dealership on 8/9/2015 and not 9/11/2015 asstated by Mr. [redacted]  Moreover, thevehicle was purchased approximately 60 days ago and not 30 days as stated by Mr.[redacted]  This is another falsestatement and is evidenced by the attached "buyer's order".  Mr. [redacted] also states that the vehicle isa hybrid, which it is not.  The Buyer'sOrder bearing Mr. Robert's signature clearly states that it's just a FordEscape with a V6 3.0L gas engine and not Ford Escape Hybrid.   All of our vehicles go through a 120 point inspection priorto resale.  Upon inspection, if any partof the vehicle is found to be not performing properly it is repaired orreplaced by our trained technicians. Just as all other vehicles we sell, the vehicle in question was alsoinspected and found to be running good without any issues at the time of sale.  This is evidenced by the attached signed"We Owe" form, Mr. [redacted] was not promised anything and there wereno problems that needed to be repaired with the vehicle.  As with all vehicles we sell we provide thestate mandated limited 500 miles, 15 days powertrain warranty. Since the purchase of his vehicle Mr. [redacted] had only oneappointment scheduled for service on 9/15/2015 for AC checkup. The AC system isnot part of the state mandated 500 miles, 15 days warranty which only coversthe power train of the vehicle.  As ashow of good faith and our commitment to continued outstanding customer servicewe made an appointment to examine Mr. Benedicts vehicle, However he failed toshow up for his appointment. I have attached the calendar appointment showingthat he didn't show up for his appointment. We offered Mr.[redacted] an extended warranty that he could purchase for a fee to cover hisvehicle after the 500 Miles/15 days powertrain warranty would expire.  In fact we offered several different versionsof this extended warranty ranging from bumper to bumper coverage to just thepower train, services can be done at any mechanic shop in the country.    He was reluctant to purchase an extendedwarranty plan and as a result he is the sole party responsible for the maintenanceof his vehicle.Sincerely,DABest Auto LLC

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] purchased a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado on 08/14/2015.  Apparently He lent his vehicle to someone who in turn got it impounded in Snowflake, Arizona.  As a courtesy to him, we went out of our way to get the...

vehicle released.  We paid all the fees associated with getting the vehicle released.  Fees are assessed daily, so every day that the vehicle is left in impound it cost [redacted] more money.  We provided the following breakdown of fees to Mr. [redacted]. The Arizona department of public safety charged $150.00 to release the vehicle.  [redacted] that was holding the vehicle charged $372.20 in impound fees.  Finally ** [redacted] charged $250.30 to bring the vehicle in from Snowflake, which is 3 hours away.  We paid a total of $372.20+$150.00+$250.30 which equals $772.50.  This is exactly what Mr. [redacted] paid, not $798 he claims in his statement.  I have attached all 3 invoices as well as copy of the receipt from us and a copy of the money order showing how much he paid.  We told Mr. [redacted] over the phone to come down and see the invoices showing how much we paid to get his vehicle out from impound. He refused to do so. Please keep in mind we didn't even charge to go to the DPS office to pay the fees and or for the 7 hour round-trip to go to snowflake.   Instead of being thankful to us for the speedy release of his vehicle and saving him money, he insisted the payment he made payment included his monthly payment.  It clearly only covers the impound fees.

09/25/2017 complaint ID#: [redacted] Dear Revdex.com, As you are well aware, we take all and any consumer  complaints very seriously here at Best Auto.  We Sold [redacted] a used 2008 Nissan Armada with 142756 miles on 03/14/2017.   Mrs. [redacted] called our office last week...

asking for an appointment for service.  Keep in mind this is 6 months after she purchased the vehicle.  Our office asked her if she had been regularly changing the oil in her vehicle and she told our office "no".  It is Mrs. [redacted]'s responsibility to maintain her vehicle and provide regularly scheduled oil changes.  After all she did not purchase any extended warranties or a maintenance plan.   We cannot be held responsible for the maintenance of her vehicle.  Even though there is a clear case of abuse and neglect present on the part of Mrs. [redacted] we are still willing to help her out.  We can look at her vehicle and after diagnosing the problem, do the work at a considerably discounted rate just to help her out.     Highest Regards,   Rudy

Thank you Revdex.com. My vehicle was repossed by [redacted] a company who was not even the financial backer originally on the contract after I made a payment which at the notice of the financial company it would be late as I had spent countless hours and almost a grand trying to get the SUV running with less than 500 miles on it since I had purchased it. The best auto mechanics and a man named Rudy[redacted] after my SUV was taken told me it was equipt with a kill switch GPS technology and they physically disabled my SUV in my drive way from week one. As you will recall my initial complaint also stated the alarm system was constantly going off and arming and disarming. The cheap warn out battery was shot at this point. But here is the vest o fee vest auto. After making my payment to a finance company who was not on the original contract bit later after I was told to get insurance since I did not want the insurance forced upon me. The next day all the paperwork was a mess. Vest auto was going to gibabce this is certain as I was asked to put best auto as aci  named  insured on my policy. Cali auto got a call from me the week my wife took the SUV into the dealership and was given a bunch of garbage comments on eee hat es wrong and wasn't covered after fixing all this it turned out to be the main ac compressor and pulley as well as a ton I f electrical damage done to get the duc hooked up bypassing the pat passive system and compuyervford initially had installed. They fired my dakesman and Rudy and a mechanic on central ave told me it was fitted with GPS kill switch systems without my knowledhevthe payment I made and can prove I made was removed from my acct and eventually 10 da I s after my SUV was stolen from us put back into my account. To top that off guess who "bought" the loan back with the "public auction " [redacted] company stated my SUV was to auction off first to public of course no info then private sale after I called and bhed about the one payment late (joke) a s I was assured my payment was received as I called because the pay system was do rigged you could not even see a chart showing any financial activities even after the "pay received receipt " which I also have a copy of we as shot up on my viewer at the completion. So my SUV was not even late and they demanded 359 tow 2 months payments thru western union only and I had 2 days to get it there not to mention all my laundry new lua ndry soap 22.99 box tide bleach stain removers my CD collections etc gone and would not tell me where the SUV was to get the stuff out. The best o GC the best is that the tow company I finally got a number to told me they did not have the SUV the were told to tow it to Best  auto on south central where it was seen stadged away hidden in the get this mm mechanics garage looks like being repaired after all is said and done. I am still awaiting a 1099 on what they are going to say was the auction difference in what I owed. Vs what it sold right ba CV k to the same company who sold that train wreck to begin with and out the door to another non suspecting buyer to do it all over again. I WANT MY 1000 down payment back and my 1000 to include my out of pocket to fi DX and troubleshoot and some dirt of loss of use. This is outrageous and like I said I believe criminal. What a nightmare and now I am looking at loss of income as well. Please advise me. [redacted]

06/26/2015Complaint ID#:  ID#:[redacted] Dear Revdex.com, As you are well aware, we take all and any consumer  complaints very seriously here at Best Auto. We helped [redacted] obtain financing on a 2002 Subaru Outback on 03/05/2015 at our...

dealership.  At the time of the sale the vehicle ran without any problems and she was happy to take possession of her newly purchased vehicle.  We provided her with the same warranty that we furnish all of our customers, the state mandated 500 miles or 15 Days whichever comes first power train warranty.  We did Offer [redacted] an extended warranty that she could purchase for a fee to cover her vehicle after the 500 Miles/15 days power train warranty would expire.  In fact we offered several different versions of this extended warranty ranging from bumper to bumper coverage to just the power train, services can be done at any mechanic shop in the country. She was reluctant to purchase an extended warranty plan. We fulfilled our obligations to [redacted]'s by getting her auto loan financed.  Matter of fact we went above beyond our duties, we even serviced her brakes free of charge.  Under the state mandated 500 mile/15 days warranty only the power train is covered, brakes are not part of that. On an another occasion approximately 2 months after the initial purchase, [redacted] called in complaining that her headlight was out.  We let her know that was part of maintenance that she had to do on her own car, however as a courtesy we replaced it free of charge.  We like to help our customers as much as we can and we also like to educate them on the importance of making their monthly payments on time to the finance company.  Making timely payments is key to building a good credit history.  We also explained to her the consequences of  missed or late payments, which could  result in a repossession by the finance company.  It appears that this has indeed happened and the finance company repossessed the vehicle from [redacted].  We can't be held liable for the maintenance of her vehicle; Moreover, she is  responsible for making her monthly payments.  We have fulfilled all obligations to [redacted] as mandated by the State of [redacted] and don't owe her any monies.

Best Auto[redacted]Complaint ID#: [redacted]Dear Revdex.com,As you are aware, we take all customer inquires directed at the Revdex.com with utmost importance.  As stated previously, [redacted] purchased a 2006 Cadillac SRX with 129,094 miles from our dealership.  All of our vehicles go through an inspection prior to resale.  Upon inspection, if any part of the vehicle is found to be not performing properly it is repaired or replaced by our trained technicians.  Just as all other vehicles we sell, the vehicle in question was also inspected and found to be running good without any issues at the time of sale.  In fact Mrs. [redacted] signed a "We Owe" form which highlights any work promised or any defects with the vehicle that need to be addressed at the time of purchase.  The attached document clearly states nothing was promised at the time of the sale.  This illustrates the fact that the vehicle ran and drove fine without any issues.  In fact there was not a single complaint by Mrs. [redacted] after test driving the vehicle and taking possession of it. As with all vehicles we sell we provide the state mandated 500 miles, 15 days warranty.  We do offer extended warranties that are available to anyone. [redacted] declined to purchase any extended warranties even though she was purchasing a vehicle that was nearly a decade old and with nearly 130 thousand miles. She contacted our Office after the 500 miles, 15 days period to let us know that the check engine light is on.  We let her know that the warranty period was over and asked if she was maintaining her vehicle properly.  She admitted she had not being maintaining it.  We gave her a onetime goodwill appointment after the warranty period had lapsed and repaired her check engine light.  Since Mrs [redacted] Failed to purchase an extended Warranty, we cannot be responsible for the maintenance or repairs of her vehicle.  She is responsible for all repairs and maintenance after the 500 miles / 15 days warranty period.Sincerely,[redacted]

Please let me reiterate, Mr. [redacted] was not cheated in any way,  in fact we went out of our way to help him drive legally.  We loaned him money with no interest or charges, completely free of fees.  He promised to repay the loan on the 23rd of September.  Everything was fine until the 23rd of September came around and he was surprised that he actually had to pay his bills.  Apparently he had no intention of paying us back just like he had no intentions of paying the State of Arizona.

Your company is so full of crap. All that is saying is that I ankowledge that something needs to be payed. Its does not state that I agreed to pay you. Please read and understand what you send to me before you try making a rash decision.

7/9/2015Complaint ID#:  ID#:[redacted] Dear Revdex.com, As you are well aware, we take all and any consumer  complaints very seriously here at Best Auto and after careful review of [redacted]'s Reply we would like to clarify a few points.  As much as we like to educate our customers about proper credit handling and automotive care we simply lack the resources to do so.  Mrs. [redacted] needs to understand, she is responsible for making timely payments and the maintenance of her car.  It is not our fault that she got her vehicle repossessed. Furthermore, please keep in mind we don't make the laws regarding the 15 Day/500 Miles, we only abide by them. Highest Regards,[redacted]

Dear [redacted]
I am writing to you in regards to complaint ID#: [redacted]  As you are aware, we take all customer

inquires directed at the Revdex.com with utmost importance.  We had a difficult time reading and

comprehending parts of your complaint and did our best to respond.  It appears that this complaint is sent to the

wrong party.  It should be addressed to

[redacted]s they are the company who is responsible for repossessing

your vehicle for nonpayment and not Best Auto.  Best Auto has no way of verifying or checking any payments made to or

California Auto Finance's records.
Best Auto did everything

they were supposed to do by getting you financed with a finance company.  It is your responsibility as an owner to

maintain and make timely monthly payments per your finance contract.  Best Auto also made you an appointment to

have your vehicle checked out on the 15th of September 2015 which you failed to

show up for.

I am writing to you in regards to complaint ID#: [redacted].  As you are aware, we take all customer inquires directed at the Revdex.com with utmost importance.  [redacted] purchased a vehicle from our dealership on 3/20/15.  All of our vehicles go through a 120 point...

inspection prior to resale.  Upon inspection, if any part of the vehicle is found to be not performing properly it is repaired or replaced by our trained technicians.  Just as all other vehicles we sell, the vehicle in question was also inspected and found to be running good without any issues at the time of sale.  As with all vehicles we sell we provide the state mandated 500 miles, 15 days warranty. We do offer an extended warranty that is available to anyone for purchase but [redacted] declined to purchase any extended warranties.  She contacted our Office after the 500 miles, 15 days period to let us know that the check engine light is on.  We  let her know that the warranty period was over and asked if she was maintaining her vehicle properly.  She admitted she had not being maintaining it.  She had driven almost 4,000 miles without changing her engine oil.  The manufacturer of her vehicle, Cadillac recommends that the oil be changed every 3,000 miles or 3 months whichever comes first.  She should have changed the oil but failed to do so.  We advised her to change the oil on a regular basis and check remaining fluids at every fuel up.  She was told that she is abusing and neglecting her automobile.  All 3rd party extended warranty companies that sell extended warranties for automobiles require regular documented oil changes done every 3,000 miles for coverage.  Moreover, It appears that Mrs [redacted] is confusing her finance company and the dealership where she bought the car.  Her monthly payments are made to the finance company who financed her loan and not to Best Auto, we don't get any of the proceeds.  All we did was get her car loan financed and we are not responsible for maintaining  her vehicle or making her monthly payments.  Highest Regards,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,We have received the complaint from your bureau regarding customer [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla on 1/9/14 from our Glendale store.   Our Glendale facilities do not have a shop that is capable of diagnosing or repairing any vehicles. ...

When Mr. [redacted] called regarding his vehicle he was asked when he could bring it to our shop for diagnosis and subsequent repair at our phoenix facilities.  This is standard procedure that all of our customers requiring maintenance or repairs go through.   We are committed to excellence in customer service and are capable of scheduling most repairs within 2 days and even same day service for emergencies.  We are more than willing to fix any issue the vehicle might have with alignment.  Mr. [redacted] is not looking to fix any issues he states the vehicle might have as he has not made a good faith effort to get the vehicle checked out and repaired. Our contract specifically states that Mr. [redacted] is not relying on any opinion, statement, promise or representation of the sales person or any other employee (Buyers Order page 2).  Moreover, on the same page is the vehicle condition clause stating that he is buying a used car and it may have prior body damage and may have had repairs done after its manufacture.  We do not have a history on all the vehicles we sell and not everything gets reported on carfax. Under the agreement to purchase section on page 2 of the buyers order the buyer also agrees to forfeit his deposit if he refuses to take delivery of the vehicle.  We did our part by obtaining financing on his behalf and sold him a vehicle that he picked out.    We fulfilled our obligation to Mr. [redacted] and therefore owe him no refund of any sort.  Even though we are not required to give a refund, as a show of continued outstanding customer service we are willing to offer Mr. [redacted] store credit equivalent to his deposit amount towards any new vehicle purchase he qualifies for. Highest Regards, [redacted]

07/01/2015complaint ID#: [redacted]Dear Revdex.com, As you are well aware, we take all and any consumer  complaints very seriously here at Best Auto.  We Sold [redacted] a used 2012 Dodge Journey  with 125,791 miles on 6/19/2015.   We...

went out of our way to help him since he doesn't have an AZ license and only a Mexican passport. We  were able to get Mr. [redacted] car loan financed but he voiced a disinterest in the vehicle to the finance company and as a result his loan was not funded.  We did our part yet he refused to cooperate with us by letting us repair whatever he claimed was wrong with the vehicle.     As a result of his actions the finance company decided not to finance his car loan. Moreover, [redacted] signed a Right of Rescission Agreement, and a spot delivery agreement where he agrees to pay the dealer (Best Auto) $0.50/Mile if financing cannot be obtained on his behalf.  We were not able to obtain financing on his behalf due to his conversation with the finance company and his unwillingness to let us repair his vehicle.  The vehicle was sold with 125,791 miles and it was returned with 126,046 miles.  That equates to 255 miles and at $0.50/mile makes the money owed by [redacted] $127.50, we rounded this figure down to$100 to help out Mr. [redacted].  He put a down payment of $1000 minus the $100 and $250 doc fee (fee to process the loan paperwork) entitles him to a refund of $650.  The refund check is ready for pickup at [redacted]. He can pick it up during our business hours:  9:00-7:30pm Mon-Sat and 10:00-5:00pm on Sunday. Highest Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Revdex.com Translation: Hi, I purchased the car on 03/20/15 The dealer knew of the problem they were so close to fixing it an it had a warranty for 30 days for that reason they were in agreement to fix it but only wanted to see proof of the second payment … The car stopped and didn’t want to move and they wanted to fault me for not changing the oil and then they didn’t want to fix it, they say they that I put in 4000 miles. I bought the car on 3/20/15. Odometer reading 129034. Odometer reading 132427 were the miles that is has right now also I took it to another mechanic and more than ten codes came out I commented that to the manager of the dealer and he said they would be able to fix it… I need them to fix my car because they sold me a car that doesn’t function well and they knew it. I paid a down payment of 1500 and I have to pay another 14,000 for the loan of the car, it’s not fair that I am paying for a car that is not functioning and has one month not moving in fact I’m already going to make my 3 payment. They think it’s fair that I am paying for an unmoving vehicle. The dealer has to fix it.
