Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The excerpt from the Sim Card agreement states:"How do I get my deposit credited back to my card?Once prepaid plan is finished the customer must email us at [email protected] with that transaction numberOnce the email is received we will send the customer a confirmation emailOnce confirmation email is sent we will begin to process the customer's deposit back to the debit/credit card on file used for registrationAny "plan" we issue last a minimum of calendar days from the day of purchaseProcessing deposits back to the customer's debit/credit card takes a minimum of days after a purchase is made & could take a MAXIMUM OF DAYS to fully process back to the debit/credit card on file".Clearly, the contract states that days is the upper limit and not the minimum waiting time to receive the refundAs of today I have waited days since my contact terminationI have emailed the address on the contract several times, and in late November was told I would be processed back my refund in a couple of days, however this did not happenIn the end of December all emails on the contracts ceased to exist, and all my emails were returned from the serverMy only way of contacting the company is by going to the storeI emailed the "new" email address, but did not received any responses In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I went to their store several times but they refuse me alwausOne day a worker said to me come back tomorrow morning for repairing your cellphone but when I came back he wasn't available and previous workers said he don't come here and we don't do anything for youI am really upset for this matterit is my first time that I am faced with such these tricky guys

Every customer is explained the process to which they are being charged a deposit. The deposits in question are in regards to two different sim cards being purchased. Each sim card has a preset limit in the form of a deposit. The amount charged is the amount that can be used towards purchasing extra...

services.Whatever is left will be refunded to the customer. this is also stated on our agreement to which the customer both read and signed. We are able to provide a copy of the signed agreement upon request.

Customer has purchased a sim card for 50 USD and a deposit was collected for any extra credit far as international calling and web data, Customer was given a credit limit so they can comfortably...

call abroad or recharge their data. How ever customer was present in the store give all documents of transactions nothing was hidden, it was all explained properly. Customer's deposit is fully refundable after 180 days and have not contacted us. to the same phone number - which an [redacted] guy picked up and said he has no idea what she was talking about. I'm sure it is the same guy because the salesperson was an [redacted] man. 
I've attached the proof of payment with their contact number + statement that says I will be refunded the initial deposit payment after expiry date. Also please see the whatsapp conversation held between myself and them from the first time I've messaged to check after the expiry date.
