Customer has agreed to a 180 days contract with the company. Contract clearly has terms and conditions. Any cancellation of this contract customer is subjected to a 99.99 termination fee!  The excerpt from the Sim Card agreement states:"How do I get my deposit credited back to my card?Once prepaid plan is finished the customer must email us at [email protected] with that transaction number. Once the email is received we will send the customer a confirmation email. Once confirmation email is sent we will begin to process the customer's deposit back to the debit/credit card on file used for registration. Any "plan" we issue last a minimum of 30 calendar days from the day of purchase. Processing deposits back to the customer's debit/credit card takes a minimum of 30 days after a purchase is made & could take a MAXIMUM OF 180 DAYS to fully process back to the debit/credit card on file".Clearly, the contract states that 180 days is the upper limit and not the minimum waiting time to receive the refund. As of today I have waited 129 days since my contact termination. I have emailed the address on the contract several times, and in late November was told I would be processed back my refund in a couple of days, however this did not happen. In the end of December all emails on the contracts ceased to exist, and all my emails were returned from the server. My only way of contacting the company is by going to the store. I emailed the "new" email address, but did not received any responses.

I haven’t heard from the company about thecomplain, but I have emailed them a few times asking, when I will get my refund.I sent them the first email on October, **, they told me I had to wait, butsince about 2-3 weeks was told the money were in process to being refunded. Isent them again an email on last Monday (November, **), asking when the moneywould be back on my credit car, they told me their system had crashed. For myit seems like they keep using excuses.

I received 500 USD on my [redacted] account. I have to note:- On day of purchase 544,36 USD was credited (499,99 USD deposit, 44,37 USD sales tax)- [redacted] takes about 4% transaction costs (=19,80 USD), therefore 480,20 USD is transfered to my [redacted] account.I expect to receive the remaining amount (=544,36 - 480,20 = 64,16 USD) also back on my creditcard or [redacted] account.

There are two ways to which the customer is informed about a deposit. First, they are explained the terms of our agreement including the deposit in question. In addition to an explanation they are given a copy of the agreement to read and then sign. The agreement, clearly states again, that the customer will be charged a deposit for 180 days.

Review: On Sunday October ** I bought an iPhone 6 at Prepaid Mobile. Address: [redacted]. I got a contract to sign, that I should pay 399,99$ extra (435,49$ incl. tax), if I used an American sim-card in the phone. Before I signed the contract, an employee at the store said he should explain, how it all worked. He said, the money would not be taken of my credit card, but would be on hold and as soon as got back home to the Faroe Islands and made a phone call with a Faroese sim-card, the money would stop being on hold and be fully back on my credit card. My problem is that this is not how it worked. I agreed to pay 707,68$ incl. tax for the iPhone and 435,49$ incl. tax extra if I used an American sim-card, which I didnt. I have never turned the phone on with an American sim-card. The iPhone was has only been turned on with a Faroese sim-card form Vodafone. Also I have made a call when I got back home to the Faroe Islands, and the money are not back on my credit card. Sunday night I find out I am charged 707,68$ and 435,49$ are on hold, but on Monday night the 435,49$ are not on hold anymore, but are charged of my credit card. Also I would like to file a complain about Prepaid Mobile employees using my personal information for private use. An employee called [redacted] checked me out; I gave him my credit card and my ID. On Monday night another employee, whom I did not give my credit card or ID to, had sent me a friend request on [redacted]. I have always thought that the personal information that I am required give when I buy something would not be told to anyone else, or to their colleagues and would not be used for an employees private use.Desired Settlement: I want with this complain, to get my 435,49$ back, because I am not suppoesed to paid them.

Review: I bought a Gopro from this Prepaid-Mobile company in New York on **.9.2014. So they said that there is a deposit that can be used to claim a new gopro if I happen to break the old one. And I asked many times that the money wouldn’t go from my account if I don’t break it. But when I later checked my account they had taken the money.

In the receipt it says that they should give the deposit back after 6 months is there is no need to purchase a new GoPro. In the receipt there was also an email address from which I would be able to contact the people about the deposit and get it back. Now when I sent an email to it, it’s not in use. I can't find any other contact information from this company either.Desired Settlement: I want the deposit to be returned to me fully (435,49$). This should be done through credit/debit card or a bank transfer.

Review: The mobile vendor changed its name from Pre-paid Mobile to Best Mobile. They didn't change address.

It put a bait to say that they sell unlock Iphone 6 in September, 2014. So I went in this store in [redacted]

They charged me $850 plus sales tax for the iphone 6 and misled me to sign an agreement carelessly. The agreement said I should paid another $1,088 for the unlocked iphone 6 and they will refund me after 180 days. They asked me to write an email to [redacted] after 180 days of the purchase date. Then they will refund the $1,088 to me.

However, when I wrote to this email after 180 days and found that the email address is fake. Their telephone is not working, either.

This is an absolutely commercial fraud. They even changed their business name.

The iphone 6 which I bought is not working now. Can't do anything.Desired Settlement: Refund the full amount.

Extra loss for the time I spend.

Review: I went to the store to buy sim card for 2 months.

They first told it will be $30 per month and so I'm gonna pay $62.32 (tax included).

But he took my debit card and swiped it twice.

And additionally $653.24 was paid from my debit card.

I wanted the money back for that money but they said it is impossible because it is not refundable!

they didn't told me before swiping the card that it is not refundable.

They told me to contact email "[redacted]" and call the office number "###-###-####".

I emailed for refund to [redacted], but no one answered.

I called "###-###-####" but no one answered. I searched internet for the number "###-###-####" and it was no office for that store and just it was the same place! They scammed me.

Then I contacted the store by number "###-###-####" but they said maybe office hour is 8:00~12:00 and they are too busy to answer my call and email.

But the number "###-###-####" was the number of the store itself. No office was existing!!

They always says like this " wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, I dont know, time will figure it out" but my money is not coming back.

This is not just for me, over 300 people is scammed by them.

Please help me to get back my money !!!Desired Settlement: They should refund all of the money back about $653.24 - the amount that charged in addition to the sim card.

Review: My firend and myself have totally purchased 4 iphones, 1 Macbook, 1 sim card, and 1 headset at this shop on Nov ** & **, 2014. Below are the details of transcations numbers and deposit amout they have charged us. We have signed the agreement that refund will be returned after 180 days of purchase date, but more than 7 month passed, we have not get any reply. We have tried to connected the store several tiems, but the email address of the store is no longer working, and cannot get connected with their phone numbers neither.
