Scam artists! Bought tickets for a show at a local theater and turns out the theater only sells through their own website and doesn't accept tickets from 3rd partiesAfter arriving at the show and the theater not accepting these tickets, had to buy tickets again on the spotCalled Best Time Entertainment the next day and left a message so I called my credit card company and explained to them what happendThey said they would talk to Best TimeBest time told them that I said I wasn't happy with my seats which isn't the problemMy credit card company and Best Time have been goin back and forth because Best Time keeps lying about my reason trying to avoid that they scammed meIt's been weeks and I have to talk to my credit card company again

I had a great experience buying circus tickets from this company. They called and emailed to make sure I could do the electronic ticket download, and they sent a satisfaction survey about their services after the event. It was all easy. It was all great. And it was all done right.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us on this matter.
Mr. [redacted] purchased our tickets on a website that is not
owned or operated by Best Time Entertainment. Within the secondary ticket
market we list all of our tickets through a network that distributes them to
many websites to advertise and sell online.
When
Mr. [redacted] placed his order from his
computer at the website, [redacted], he was obliged to review his
order and accept that website's terms and conditions before his order was
complete. These terms and conditions clearly state:
General. [redacted] acts as an intermediary between buyers and
ticket sellers ("TICKET SELLERS") to facilitate the purchase and sale
of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket
sale transaction between the buyers and TICKET SELLERS. All sales are final. As
tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through the secondary market and
prices are determined by the individual TICKET SELLER, the prices for tickets
may be above or below face value.
The website terms and conditions were available
to Mr. [redacted] as a scroll box during the
checkout process and as a link on each page of the site. If Mr. [redacted] did not click on the
"yes" button on the checkout page that asks "Have you read and
do you agree to our terms and policies," the software would have removed his
from the checkout page and he would not have been able to go on to complete his
order. Also, the total price, including service fees and delivery charges, was
given to his before he gave his credit card information and completed his
order. Mr. [redacted] chose to comply with
the price and the terms before sending his final order for processing. 
Mr. [redacted] never contacted our Customer Service Department with any questions or for any
clarification of the pricing and terms and conditions before placing his order.
If he was unsure about the order he was placing, he could have called our
customer service number prior to placing his order. Mr. [redacted] was aware that all sales are final, tickets may be
sold above face value and that [redacted] is neithis a primary sale
box office nor the venue. Mr. [redacted] freely
chose acceptance of the price and the terms and conditions. He made a conscious
and educated decision to purchase tickets at the price he agreed to.There is no refund due.

section Orchestra rows A-JJ. This is a section range indicating that the
customer will be within the Orchestra section and a row range indicating that
the customer will be within rows A to JJ. Ms. [redacted] was provided with tickets in
Section Orchestra row EE. Her tickets were within the range of what she
selected.
Ms. [redacted] never contacted our
Customer Service Department with any questions or for any clarification of the
pricing and terms and conditions before placing her order. If she was unsure
about the order she was placing, she could have called our customer service
number prior to placing her order. Ms. [redacted] was aware that all sales are final, tickets may be
sold above face value and that [redacted] is neither a primary sale

People, please tell your friends and co-workers about this company. Dishonest to the core. It's some guy and his girlfriend scamming tickets and tripling the price. Best Time Entertainment is fraudulent. They will trick you onto their site. Go back to the original venue and purchase your tickets there. Seriously, Tell everyone! Do not let these crooks sell another ticket.

It's been weeks and I have to talk to my credit card company again.

This company has no integrity. I had purchased tickets to a [redacted] concert when came into a very controversial situation. I contacted the seller of the concert tickets, [redacted], as they had said they will REFUND THE COST OF THE TICKETS TO ANYONE THAT WANTED A TICKET. After 10 days of calling this company, a 3rd party ticket seller which was unwilling to refund the money to me. It is now in the hands of the credit card with evidence that [redacted] did indeed refund more than 1200 tickets.
