Review: I placed an order on-line on February 10, 2015 for 7 items totaling $97.93 (Order #**; Customer ID # ** according to the company's records) which was paid by credit card. I called the company phone number several times and left messages - no one ever responded - and sent an e-mail message demanding either the products I ordered be delivered or send me a refund - NO ANSWER, NO PRODUCTS, NO REFUND. I am furious and would be grateful for any assistance you can give in this matter.Desired Settlement: I would very much like the products ordered but in this case I'll take the full refund of $97.93.

Review: ON 7/17/14 I MADE A PURCHASE ON A SITE CALLED WWW.BESTBEAUTYBOUTIQUE.COM THEY SENT ME A BOGUS US POST OFFICE TRACKING NUMBER AND WHEN I PULLED UP THE TRACKNG NUMBER ONLY HAS A PRE-SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION.

THEY NEVER SHIPPED MY PRODUCT AND CHARGED MY VISA DEBIT CARD $31.50. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES THROUGH EMAIL AND LEAVING A VOICEMAIL ON THEIR PHONE LINE.. NEVER ABLE TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON.

THEY EMAILED ME SAYING THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE MY ITEM AND THAT MY CARD WOULD BE REFUNDED. I HAVE COPIES OF THE EMAILS IF YOU NEED THEM AND ALSO COPIES OF THE USPS TRACKING NUMBER.

I CANT HELP TO THINK THAT THIS A FAKE WEBSITE AND THEY TAKE PEOPLES MONEY WITHOUT REFUNDED THEM.Desired Settlement: I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATLY...I HAVE CONTACTED THE FTC AND POSTED COMMENTS ON THIS COMPANIES FACEBOOK PAGE, BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD.

Review: I made a purchase from this website on 12/17/14. My account was charged the correct amount of $51.75 on 12/19/14. I recieved a payment confirmation [redacted] on 12/17/14. Since then I have tried to contact the seller via [email protected]. I also tried contacting the number the site has listed which is (888) 323-1481. I have heard nothing back. I checked the order status on the website and it says that nothing has been shipped as of today 1/6/15. This website is a complete scam and I want my account refunded. the $51.75. Looking at other complaints, I see that I'm not the only one who they have failed to provide service to. The website should be taken down because it is obviously fake.Desired Settlement: I want my account refunded $51.75.

Review: I ordered product from this company. I ordered three of the same product and was clearly billed for 3. My card was charged for 3. When I received my shipment I only received 2 of the 3 products. There was no remittance or anything inside the box except 2 of my product. I fear that I'm forever out of luck. It comes down to my word against theirs unfortunately. Usually if something is on back order and even if it's not there's some kind of remittance slip inside the box the product was delivered in. I have attempted contacting this company multiple times in multiple ways. NO RESPONSE!!! I just want my product!! I think they should be shut down based on all the complaints. We all know there's numerous other issues from people who simply don't want to take the time to report an issue.Desired Settlement: I want the 3rd item I ordered. Review: I purchased a hair tool on 2/5/16 they immediately took the 78.75$ out of my account and then I got an email saying they had shipped my order on 2/9/16. I have tried to track it and the usps tracking number never would pull up any information. The only thing it says is pre shipment information received. I have sent several emails now and tried to call which I cannot get anyone on the phone nor have my emails been responded to. It's currently 2/16/16 the tracking information has said he same thing his whole time. I want my package or I want my money refunded. I have read numerous reviews which haven't been good at all. They have a website which is called beauty lavish but the number tells you to call best beauty boutique he whole operation sounds fishy. This place sounds like a scam.Desired Settlement: I would either like my package or to have a refund this has been an ordeal. It's extremely bad business.

By the beginning of January, I still hadn't received my order so I phoned the company. Their instructions are to send an email if it regards an order. I did that. No one responded.

On 1/5/15, I sent another email and left a vm on their system stating that if they did not return my call or answer my email I would file a dispute with my bank over the charge. Additionally, I looked up my transaction history, and from their site it appears that the item has never even been shipped.

As they are completely unreachable by phone, do not answer emails, and do not ship out products that they have been paid for, I can only surmise that the company is committing consumer fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like the company investigated for legitimate business practices.

Additionally, I want a refund of $40.25 to my account that Revdex.com was authorized to receive in payment for a product that they never shipped out (and perhaps don't even stock). As stated, I will also file a dispute with my bank over the charge.

I ordered product in July 2015, the item showed as processing for 3 months. I called the number provided three times, left messages. I emailed them twice inquiring about by order, no response. Luckily for me I made my purchase using PayPal and they are working on getting my refund. Last time PayPal checked, BestBeautyBoutique had no funds available for refunds. This company is a big rip off, stay away!!
