Review: I have tried numerous times to contact Bestbeautyboutique.com by phone [redacted],or as they state on their website by email [redacted] My order was placed with them on 1/23/2014 Thursday 8:08 AM and to this date they have not returned my call or email messages. They did charge my American Express Card $46.25, If they can not produce the product please return credit back to my American Express Card for which they billed on 1/23/2014 in the amount of $46.25.Desired Settlement: Refund back to American Express Card in the amount of $46.25

Review: I ordered 4 items from Best Beauty Boutique online and received only 2 despite being charged for the full amount. After several attempts over multiple days to contact customer service via the phone number on the website I have been unable to reach anyone in person nor received a response to my emails to their customer service.Desired Settlement: I would expect to get a response from the company regarding either efforts to get me the missing items from my order (preferred) or an immediate credit.

Review: An order was placed on 2/5/14 and shortly after the business was contacted to cancel the order. No response was received for days and the order was still shipped and mailed to my address. The package was immediately sent back to BestBeautyBoutique and no refund was ever issued. After countless attempts, they have failed to contact me after several emails, phone calls, voice messages, and letters sent via postal mail.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the cost of the order that was returned to BestBeautyBoutique.com, invoice number: [redacted] in the amount of $45.25.

Review: On May 16th, I ordered cosmetics from this online retailer. I received only a fraction of my order and when I e-mailed complaining of the situation that very day, I didn't get a response. The next day, I realized the one of the lotion's I ordered was expired on 8/2013 and that's when I felt like perhaps this online retailer was being very shady. I called the official makers of my lotion and was told that it is illegal to sell any sort of expired cosmetics. Son on May 20th, I e-mailed saying I would like to return my partial order back and would like a full refund back. Still I received no response. When I went to the website and called there 800 #, it's an automated answering machine stating to e-mail all questions (which I had been doing with no luck). On June 3, I e-mailed them once more after shipping out my package back to there warehouse with still no response. After waiting couple more days with no e-mail responses and no refund in sight, I decided to e-mail them one last time today (June 9) to see if there could be possibly an update. I checked trustlink.org and I noticed that I am not the only customer to have been left in the dark. Honestly, I doubt at this point I will get my money back. However, I don't want other future customers to have to be scammed the way I was. I believe this business needs to be investigated and further action taken by Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Yes, I would like a full refund and I would like the business to change there customer service practices where they need to respond in 24-48 hours for all questions and comments. I would like there business license suspended until the proper changes are made.

Review: I place an order 10/3/15 and I received an email saying it shipped on 10/8. It is now 10/16 and the supposed tracking number still says pre-shipment and I cannot get ahold of the company. I have asked that they issue a refund or simple send the product that I order. No one ever responds. This site needs to be shut down so there aren't any more victims to this scam. On May 31st, 2015 I received an email saying that they had shipped my products. Review: On January 16, 2016, I purchased two hair care products from Best Beauty Boutique. To date, I have not received my order as I ordered and paid for these products on-line. I was charged $33.75 for the order. Several times, I have e-mailed and called the company, and I have not received any reply. No attempt has been made on the part of the company to look into the problem and resolve this issue by ensuring I get the merchandise or a refund. I have a USPS tracking number, and on February 4, 2016 I went to the post office to inquire about the package that the company told me was shipped. The postal clerk informed me that the package is still in California, not in Virginia. I would truly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the merchandise I paid for which was item [redacted] Paul Mitchell Ultimate Color Repair Shampoo 8.5 oz., and item [redacted] Bain De Terre Coconut Papaya Ultra Hydrating Conditioner 13 oz. Review: Made online purchase of products 12/20/15. On 12/22 I received an email that items were shipped, but tracking information that was supposed to be there, was missing. I tried to email the company, but emails were returned. I tried calling the company, an automated response took a message, but no return call was ever made. Review: A few weeks ago, I ordered two of the Philosophy body washes from this website. One for me, and one as a gift. When I received my package, only one was included. Thinking maybe I only ordered one, I checked my credit card statement. To my surprise, I had paid for two. Upset, I called the company and also emailed them numerous times. The phone number brings me straight to voicemail and they do not respond to emails. First I tried to contact the company. There is nothing under the "about us" section of their website. I got a phone number and tried it on several occasions but could not get a customer service person or a real person for that matter. On June 22 I tried to track the package using the code listed as the tracking number and got the following info from the USPS.

I realized that this company was not what it seemed to be so I then looked up the Revdex.com and filed this complaint.

Thank you in advance for anything you can do regarding this. I am also going to check with my bank and see if this company has made any other charges to my account and see if the bank will contact them. I should not have waited so long but I thought it probably would take several weeks for them to get the product out to me..Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

Review: I recently made a purchase from Best Beauty Boutique after doing a google comparison shopping search of the product. bestbeautyboutique.com offered the best price for the product so I ordered it. I was told I would receive a tracking number to follow my purchase which I have not. Company policy claims to ship orders out within 4 working days of receipt. It has been 7 days and my order has not been shipped nor has an estimated delivery date been given. I am acting so promptly because after researching the company, I see that this is a pattern with the company- items ordered are not shipped after months of attempts to contact the company. I have tried contacting the company which CLAIMS to have a live chat hotline from 9-5 each weekday, but all I get is a recorded voicemail asking to leave a message. Emails to customer service have provided no response. My payment was accepted promptly, but no action has been taken to provide the service advertised.

If I receive my product promptly, I will drop my claim against the company. Otherwise this business should be red-flagged and shut down- it is not a viable company and does not provide the services, customer service, or products it promises.

IF MY PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED PROMPTLY, I EXPECT A FULL REFUND FOR THE CHARGE MADE TO MY CREDIT CARD.

If this company is receiving payments and not delivering products or refunding $ unless a claim is filed, it should not be allowed to continue operating and legal action should be taken against it.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to have the product I ordered delivered to me PROMPTLY as advertised. If the company does not have the product or is not operational I expect to have a full refund credited to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a product from this business on November 3rd. I received an email on November 4th, 2014 stating that my order had been shipped with a USPS tracking number. The product was never delivered to my Mother and I cannot get an update from the company. Tried online and telephonically--no response!Desired Settlement: I prefer the company to deliver on the order as requested and paid. If they are unable to deliver on the product, refund all of my money.
