Review: Ordered and paid via [redacted] on 06-18-200-15. Today is 07-19-2015 and have not received product. Called, left messages, sent numerous emails but no response. No product, took money, no communication = fraud.Desired Settlement: Full refund. No quarter.

Review: I ordered a hot air tool curling brush on December 27th 2015 and I have not received it yet the money has been debited from my checking account. I have tried to contact them the number listed for the company numerous times left a message and sent emails and I have yet to get any type of response from the company. When I look on their site at the tracking information it simply says that my order is processing and I cannot edit or change it so it's very obvious they have no intention of sending me my item I just simply took my money. I want a full refund put into my account..Desired Settlement: I would like my money to be credited back into my checking account because it is very obvious to me that they have no intention of sending me this item.

Review: I ordered merchandise from the company and almost two months later, still haven't gotten it in the mail, I've tried contacting the company through email and have called and left numerous messages, but haven't heard anything back. I also sold my house and moved this week. Tried contacting the company to let them know if my change of address, but could not reach anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $75 I spent with the company. I have an online receipt if needed.

Review: I placed an order on 8/26/2015 (it is now 11/3/2015). I was charged for this order immediately at 5:20pm on 8/26/2015. The items still have not arrived on 11/3/2015. I have been unable to contact customer service to either 1) get my money back or 2) get the products I paid for. I have called and emailed and no one responds.

This site is fraud. They steal your money and do not ship the items. They need to be shut down.Desired Settlement: I either want a refund or I want the product delivered that I paid for.

My order totalled 88.32 and my visa was charged 132.79

Horrible, that they over charge and then send emails claiming I have not paid.

My order was never shipped after I paid through PayPal. I contacted Best Beauty Boutique 10 times (both e-mail and phone) with *no response*. I was pleasant and just asked when my item would be shipped since it had been a month since I ordered it. They are located 20 minutes from me I found out and I even offered to go pick it up. I had to resort to filling a complaint with PayPal who ruled in my favor and I was refunded 100%. Don't waste your time with this horrible company!

Review: I placed an online order for an advertised product for a gift for my mother on 3-22-2015. A conformation e-mail was sent verifying my order, after a week of no reply or status of my order I repeatedly tried contacting them through phone and e-mail with no results, all my order would say is that it could NOT be canceled it was processing? They did however bill the credit card. The item will now not make it in time for the gift to be given and I would now like for them to credit the amount due to no product given. Of all the multiple times that I have placed orders from all over this country this is the very first time I have received unprofessional service such as this.Desired Settlement: Help prevent others from making orders billed but not received.

Review: Hello!On 4/7 I ordered a product from this company for the total amount of 65.25. I still have not received the item. Upon investigation, they have created a shipping label but the item has not shipped (has not passed through ANY ups facilities) - I have attempted to call and email multiple times and have received no answer. I have don't a bit of research through the websites trust link reviews, and it seems that I am not the only one who has ordered and paid for an item, and have never received it. Review: On 6/26/15 I bought a [redacted] green tea lotion for $12.25 with shipping it cameasy to 19.50. I called the company and sent 2 emails and no response. I have not received the item but the charge is still on my husband's credit card statments. On 11/29/15 I ordered products from Best Beauty Boutique in Irvine, CA. On 12/1/15, I received notification from the USPS that the shipper had notified them to expect a package from Best Beauty Boutique for shipping. As of 12/15/15 I have not received my order. There have not been any further updates on the USPS website indicating they never received anything from this company to be sent to me. I both called and emailed the company 3 times asking for information about my order. They do not respond to emails nor answer their phone. I googled them and found sites where many other people had issues just like mine with this company. I wish I had done that prior to ordering from them. One can only assume it is a fraudulent operation. I called my credit card company and was fortunate to get a full refund. My advice is to say away from the dishonest company at all costs.

Review: On November 23, 2014, I placed an order for 1 Kerastase Resistance Bain Volumactive SHampoo, 16.9 ounce size for $58.00 plus shipping of $7.25 for a total of $65.25 This was a huge splurge for me and a lot of money for me. I did receive a confirmation email from them promptly the same day containing my Confirmation number A[redacted], Invoice No. 8530.

After no activity or shipping notices, etc., I went to their website, bestbeautyboutique.com, and used an online form there that they ask that you use if you need to contact them. I asked approximately when the product would be shipped as we were boing to leave town on December 17. There was never a response to this request on their form.

I then called Best Beauty Boutique to ask the same question and received a recording asking that I contact them through their website. Obviously futile. Their is no option to talk with a person, just a recording asking that one uses their website.

Since then I've sent them two or three e-mails which I can reproduce now asking them for a refund since I would not be at the address to receive the package. I also gave them the option of shipping to my new address. There was no response to any of the emails. In the final email, I told them I would be writing some unfavorable reviews of their business.

Once more, I again tried to call them and received the same recording. Once more I tried to contact them via their website. No response. As of today. January 7, I have no product and no credit to my account. I should tell you that our homewatch person in MI, the address to which the product was to have been shipped has assured me that there have been no delivereies and all our mail is being forwarded to our current address.

I feel ver victimized by this company,Desired Settlement: I would like a credit to my account of the $65.25 that was charged to my card the day I ordered the shampoo, November 23. I do have a copy of the credit card statement should I need to prove that.
