Took a fab [redacted] History tour in New York with ?Ben? last week Strongly recommend!

Revdex.com: The business has not responded to my complaint, nor has it made any attempt to contact me, however, through no effort of the business, I was able to resolve my complaint myself at this point in timeAfter more than a half dozen attempts to reschedule the tours on numerous computers, I was able to reschedule them myself using a link different than the one provided by the company chat sessionsThere is no review or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , but find that as long as I am able to take the three tours that I have now scheduled, my complaint will be resolved, again by me NOT the company NOTE: The company representative on the chat, Amanda, on Friday 9/ [redacted] told me that my complaint would be resolved by the company before the end of that dayI have heard nothing from themHelen Friedlander

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report Besttours ( [redacted] ) and their poor customer serviceI bought a groupon and booked a tour on their websiteThe day before my event I received a text saying the tour was canceled and to email support to rescheduleThere was no explanationI didn’t like that it was last minute, and no explanation given I went back and forth with support emails and they sent me a link to rebookI lamented that since they canceled last minute I feel it is their responsibility to rebook and I sent them the date I wantedThey kept resending me the link to rebook after I asked them more than once to rebook for meFinally I clicked the link to rebook and got a error message and emailed support about itThey once again asked me to rebook even though I had explained there is an error message and I can’tThis exchange took place between Jan ***I really feel it should’ve been resolved much quickerOn Jan [redacted] I tried calling the number listed for New York HQ and only to get a machine which tells me to address all concerns onlineI commented on their Facebook to try to get someone to handle thisThey never approved or reach outI contacted the owner via LinkedIn to explain the situationHe also ignored me and didn’t helpFinally I spoke with someone on the website chat and the next day my issue was resolvedMuch appreciation to their chat team! On Jan [redacted] I finally got an email reply offering to rebook my tour for meIn no way, shape or form should it take days for someone to offer to help you with a simple rebooking I rescheduled my tour and then received another cancellation email on This time I rebooked for the cupcake tour, thinking perhaps turn out for the coffee tour had been low On 116, I arrived with my friend for the cupcake tourShe had arrived from the suburbsWe waited with two others and no one ever showed up! There was no call or email or explanationWe waited about mins and no one showed! We tried to call and chat online without any luckI emailed that no one had ever showed up and never got a response This company is unorganized and unresponsive and should be held accountable for providing terrible customer serviceI am quite sure they are scam company and should be held accountable for their actionsI am happy I got my tickets from living social and they issue a refund - [redacted]

Had a great time with Drew on his Cupcake Tour in Philadelphia, if you're a fan of cupcakes you should definitely take this tour Great way to learn about the history of the city too!

I had bought a livingsocial deal to take a tour with besttours.com I had originally scheduled a tour for June I was notified that the tour would not be held as not enough people were signed up There was a lot of back and forth with the company to reschedule my tour and finally ended up with a date in Sept We drove an hour, paid to park and waited for the tour to take place They do not answer their phone so the only way to get ahold of them is to chat via their website They give you very short answers back I explained that myself and other people were waiting for the tour They said they were going to try to get ahold of the guide After mins I chatted back and they still had not gotten ahold of the guide I said at this point I am assuming the tour is canceled but their only restitution was to reschedule my tour Nothing for my inconvience of ruining the entire day In fact they couldn't even give me a refund because I had purchased it through living social After this I read on yelp and heard from one of the businesses that was a stop on the tour that this happens a lot They cancel the tour and do nothing

Awful experience Had a Groupon to redeem and the web page was not matching the instructions to redeem Tried the online chat and was on for an hour and still could not redeem The person on the other end of the chat left the chat without resolution to the problem I called the number for the business and a recording told me to go to online chat! I ended up calling Groupon for a refund Problem was not resolved

The Chocolate tour is a must for every chocolate chocoholic out there, a real must Cheap too!
