I recommend this business Total pros at what they do and responsive, even on July 4thvia phone The problem I had with my outside unit wasn't with the unit itself, but with the circuit breaker switch The high heat on the circuit load in degree plus temp and its possible age was causing the circuit to trip Beutler recommended replacing the one circuit switch to solve the problem, and I was even showed how to do it I will follow through with their suggestion

I have regular filter changes & checks on our A/C and Heating system The last visit was done by [redacted] He educated me on several things I never knew before, and I highly recommend having [redacted] especially, to handle your Beutler A/C needs! He is friendly, professional & very full of knowledge on A/C systems He also has MANY years of experience and I feel he is someone you can trust to get the job doneThanks Bill, ***

Mostly positive, however it would help if the service person would use the bathroom elsewhere before coming to my home I hate to say no, but it means I have to clean the bathroom again after just cleaning it

The crew worked fast & was very understanding when the financing was settled at last Knew what they were doing

Service technician, Farid, arrived on schedule When I scheduled my appointment, I was told the technician would arrive between 11am and 1pm I received a call on the day of the appointment as promised and was told the technician would arrive by 11:30am Farid arrived at 11: He completed his initial inspection, reviewed the problems and solutions with me and completed his repairs

This company sent *** *** to do a tuneup of my five year old heat pump system He was on time, pleasant (he even did a brief task for me that I couldn't manage) and he told me my system was performing as new and didn't try to sell me unneeded repairs He seemed to check everything out thoroughlyI was very satisfied with his work

Jason and Alfonzo arrived on time and made sure they had on booties when they entered our home They were friendly, professional and courteous They cleaned the air ducts and the blower fan They did a good job and left our home clean Thank you
