I have regular filter changes & checks on our A/C and Heating system. The last visit was done by [redacted]. He educated me on several things I never knew before, and I highly recommend having [redacted] especially, to handle your Beutler A/C needs! He is friendly, professional & very full of knowledge on A/C systems. He also has MANY years of experience and I feel he is someone you can trust to get the job done.

Just had a new HVAC system installed. Andrew, and Kris who did the install were great. Very professional. The system was installed in just one day, and so far, very pleased.

Just wanted to say Thank You to Dave N[redacted], Nick and Eugene for doing a great job replacing the HVAC system in our home. They were friendly, helpful and very professional. They answered all our questions and made the experience run smoothly from start to finish.

Would like to say how well my Heating unit annual inspection was completed by Robert. He explained all procedures he was accomplishing and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. Will be requesting Robert for my next service.

The technician was polite and arrived on time. I am hearing impaired and did not hear the knock on door. I called the scheduler and the technician came back!!! Yeah!

I recommend this business. Total pros at what they do and responsive, even on July 4th. via phone. The problem I had with my outside unit wasn't with the unit itself, but with the circuit breaker switch. The high heat on the circuit load in 100 degree plus temp and its possible age was causing the circuit to trip. Beutler recommended replacing the one circuit switch to solve the problem, and I was even showed how to do it. I will follow through with their suggestion.

[redacted] is an EXCELLENT Service Professional! My husband and I highly recommend him. [redacted]. is friendly, detail oriented and best of all, he is extremely knowledgeable! A++! Beutler is lucky to have him!

Mostly positive, however it would help if the service person would use the bathroom elsewhere before coming to my home. I hate to say no, but it means I have to clean the bathroom again after just cleaning it.
