Late last night, 2/15/at 11:p.mEST, after watching one of Beverly Hills MD videos, I did order the Crepe Correcting Body Complex (Order #XXXXXXXXX for $via BA debit card), as well as an upsell purchase of three Lift + Firm Sculpting Creams (Order #XXXXXXXXX for $via BA debit card) After researching the Revdex.com and other consumer feedback sites, which I should have done before ordering, I had quickly decided I did not wish to continue with the purchases, and I wished to cancel and have both orders refunded in full as promised on their video and website So first thing this morning, mere hours later, I did call the customer service department, 2/16/2017, 9:a.mEST, (6:a.mtheir time) at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX requesting to cancel/stop and refund both my orders, as well as be removed from the auto ship immediatelyT

I returned Order #XXXXXXXXX on December 5, I was told that it would take 3-days to process my refund and I still have not received it
I purchased Order# XXXXXXXXX on November 10, and I contacted Customer Service to let them know that the Vein Away product was not working for me I paid to ship it back to them and they received it on December 5, I still have not received a refund on my PayPal Account for $and I think that they should have to pay $for the cost of shipping it back to them I rushed to get it back to them and I have emailed to find out the status I have received no response Please process my refund I should not have to go these lengths to get my refund This is not good for any business to treat their customers like this

The products were returned but I never received a credit on ny credit card I contacted customer service several times XXX-XXX-XXXX but was spoken to rudely and an attempt to talk me out of cancelling but the account was never cancelled and I never got a credit, just continued charges to my credit card monthly I have finally notfied my credit card company that these are fraudulent charges and should not be paid This was just initiated
