I have repeatedly told them my previous box they shipped without consent is not open
The only reason I kept that box is they promised a refund without return
Originally, they told me they would contact me again in AugustOn calls after that, I told them I am not using the product
Rather than contacting for permission, which I would not have granted as their records will show - they charged my account
I have not used what they sent without permissionI will not use this This is not a mistake on their part as I have been very cl
I purchase a product stated clearly I did NOT want to be put on AUTO SHIPMENT and they put me on it anyway, sent me product and charged my card anyway
They expect me to pay the entire shipping fee for the return of product I did not orderAs it was their policy regardless
I wanted to comment on the Dermal repair complex I a returning missionary having served in Cajabamba Peru for three yearsCame back and having worked in the beauty industry most of my life needed to at least try a product with money back guarantee This product is amazingMy daughter who is an actress noticed my arms and neck were tightening up and I noticed it too and I'm only three weeks I am elated and would recommend this product GIVE STARI am and still want to look my best I cannot afford s lot given my incomeso I really save for this product!!
