Customer Service has spoken with Mr [redacted] and a new blanket will be shipped out today with a UPS Prepaid label enclosed to return the defective blanket to us for evaluation

Mrs*** is correct that Biddeford Blankets has a Year Warranty (limited) on all their products When a product stops working we ask consumers (their responsible to ship) to send the product to us (no additional information/receipts/etc is needed) Upon receipt, Biddeford does
not repair the product, we replace the product with a new product with another year warranty
Sent an email on Thursday, 10/asking consumer for additional information and provided troubleshooting options to start the warranty process As of November 2nd we haven't heard from consumer
