Emailed a [redacted] Prepaid Label to Mr. [redacted] to return blanket for warranty.  Upon receipt of blanket a new blanket will be sent.

Customer Service has spoken with Mr. [redacted] and a new blanket will be shipped out today with a UPS Prepaid label enclosed to return the defective blanket to us for evaluation.
