I called three plumbers in the west valley to remedy the water leak from the on/off handle in the bathtub The Plumber Guy replied right away (I never heard from the other two plumbing companies) Junior came out the same evening and identified the location of the leak and found that the installation, frame and wall was dampen by the leak He recommended a restoration company to evaluate the situation He made sure the water didn't leak while the walls were drying Junior came back out a couple days later and replace the damaged pipes My guest bathroom is up and running again, I'm a happy customer Junior was professional, informative and made sure I understood the problem I didn't give the Plumber Guy a "star" because there is no way of knowing if their work will last years

I was very pleased that someone was able to come within a very short period of time, provide a reasonable estimate for repair of a leak and fix it right then I will definitely be using this vendor again for plumbing services

Tony did a great job I think my bathroom floor around the toilet was cleaner after he left than before he got here I had two leaking toilets, and I opted to replace them rather than repair as I had planned to replace the toilets for the higher ones and could not see spending the money for a repair and then replace them in the near future The plumber arrived ahead of the given time on both days, and the office kept me apprised of what was going on This is the second time I have used The Plumber Guy and have been pleased both times
