I called on a Saturday morning for a pipe leak that I had created by putting up a shelf I was told they could get me in by that evening, I was just happy it was the same day! Not only was it the same day it ended up being about hours earlier then expected! Jeremy was polite, explained to me what he had to do and repaired the leak in about a 1/hour!
