The Plumber Guy responded quickly to a toilet issue, helped us identify that there was a recall and the parts would be covered under warrantyGot parts ordered and in and installed with in a weekInstallation was quick and cleanAlso was great about adding on a shower fix to the work, and helping with an estimate for a new hot water heater(We've been letting some stuff go, so the call out has us getting things taken care of.)

I called on a Saturday morning for a pipe leak that I had created by putting up a shelf I was told they could get me in by that evening, I was just happy it was the same day! Not only was it the same day it ended up being about hours earlier then expected! Jeremy was polite, explained to me what he had to do and repaired the leak in about a 1/hour! When he finished he cleaned up the area he was working in I would highly recommend The Plumber Guy and more specifically Jeremy!

Tony came out to fix our sink and did an amazing job He showed me what was wrong and took the time to explain everything to me I always felt in the past I was being taken advantage of and was very skeptical in having someone come over to fix our plumbing I am so glad I decided to use The Plumber Guy "Tony" and will definitely recommend their services to friends and family
