We had just received the Home Inspection report back on a property that we were looking to sell and there were several, small plumbing issues that we wanted addressed by a professional We were worried that the issues were too small and that we wouldn't be able to get a company to respond very quickly I spoke with Patrice Bon the phone who assured me that the issues were no problem and a technician was scheduled I was lucky enough to get Tony Hand his apprentice who quickly and efficiently tackled each and every issue with a positive energy that made us very happy that we had called them They even offered several options that would be better and save us money Thank you!

We had a leak underneath the kitchen sink in multiple areas, and without the time available to take care of it ourselves, I felt like it was only going to get worseI called The Plumber Guy after seeing multiple positive reviews, and because they are a local-owned companyPatrice was awesome and had Carlin on-site within hours to take a look and provide a free estimateI work in water conservation and have spoken with several plumbers as part of my job, so it was great that the company was a member of the Metro Phoenix PHCCI was never pressured into making any repairs or upgrades, but after the thorough on-site review and reasonable costs presented to me, I agreed to have the work done (e.grepair the leak, replace worn out faucet and broken food disposal, remove water softener, and replace my water lines)Carlin did an excellent job, and he worked quickly, but kept the area cleanHe also helped refer us to a water damage restoration company in-case we were concerned about the extent of the damageI intentionally waited a couple months before leaving this review because I wanted to test my new fixtures out and ensure the leaks had been completely taken care ofI’m very pleased and glad that we found you guys!
