We had just received the Home Inspection report back on a property that we were looking to sell and there were several, small plumbing issues that we wanted addressed by a professional We were worried that the issues were too small and that we wouldn't be able to get a company to respond very quickly I spoke with Patrice Bon the phone who assured me that the issues were no problem and a technician was scheduled I was lucky enough to get Tony Hand his apprentice who quickly and efficiently tackled each and every issue with a positive energy that made us very happy that we had called them They even offered several options that would be better and save us money Thank you!

I was very pleased that someone was able to come within a very short period of time, provide a reasonable estimate for repair of a leak and fix it right then I will definitely be using this vendor again for plumbing services

I called three plumbers in the west valley to remedy the water leak from the on/off handle in the bathtub The Plumber Guy replied right away (I never heard from the other two plumbing companies) Junior came out the same evening and identified the location of the leak and found that the installation, frame and wall was dampen by the leak He recommended a restoration company to evaluate the situation He made sure the water didn't leak while the walls were drying Junior came back out a couple days later and replace the damaged pipes My guest bathroom is up and running again, I'm a happy customer Junior was professional, informative and made sure I understood the problem I didn't give the Plumber Guy a "star" because there is no way of knowing if their work will last years
