Called The Plumber Guy to get an estimate on adding an addition outdoor faucet in our courtyard. Julio came out the next day as scheduled. He gave us several options as to how to run the flexible piping and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He emailed us the estimate before he left and we scheduled service with the office. Contacted Plumber Guy for an estimate to replace home faucets. Office Staff (Patrice) was very helpful in scheduling a home visit and providing advance notice of their representative's arrival and picture via email. Field service representative (Carlin) also called ahead to provide arrival estimate. After explaining our needs, Carlin provide an outstanding explanation of the estimate and installation process and later emailed a written copy of the estimate. In the past Carlin, replaced our water heater -- top quality installation and instructions on operation and maintenance. Overall. Excellence Service -- Our first pick for plumbing estimates and installation.

The Plumber Guy responded quickly to a toilet issue, helped us identify that there was a recall and the parts would be covered under warranty. Got parts ordered and in and installed with in a week. Installation was quick and clean. Also was great about adding on a shower fix to the work, and helping with an estimate for a new hot water heater. (We've been letting some stuff go, so the call out has us getting things taken care of.)
