I initially hired The Plumber Guy to replace a water pipe under my daughter's home kitchen sink, that was damaged by a new dish washer installer workman Tony arrived quickly and replaced the pipe immediately, and came back several days latter to replace an outside corroded ball valve that wouldn't completely shut off His work was quick and professional and as such, I hired him the next week to replace a toilet, clean out a drain line, get our Jacuzzi working and shorten an outside pipe extending from our water heater He did a great job and also provided some maintenance tips to better care for the equipment involved Their phone contact person Patrice, was initially very helpful in getting me help quickly, since I couldn't shut off the outside ball valve completely and had to drain the water through the outside hose until the sink pipe was replaced In addition, she was most helpful in adjusting appointments to my schedule and resolving any concerns I had about pricing, as did Tony Their pricing was flexible and reasonable, considering my emergency situation, and they communicated and worked well with me to accomplish the jobs involved!

I called on a Saturday morning for a pipe leak that I had created by putting up a shelf I was told they could get me in by that evening, I was just happy it was the same day! Not only was it the same day it ended up being about hours earlier then expected! Jeremy was polite, explained to me what he had to do and repaired the leak in about a 1/hour! When he finished he cleaned up the area he was working in I would highly recommend The Plumber Guy and more specifically Jeremy!

Actually, our issue was something simple we had no knowledge of - a bathroom that isn’t used very often and noxious fumes as a result. The Plumber Guy has helped us out before, but this time came out at no charge just to make sure it was what they thought. Great company - honest, fair, and experienced.
