where the proof of purchase was requested.Because the ticket was initially purchased through a contractor, an investigation was started so that proof of purchased could be received due to not being submitted by the guest.We have receive sufficient information so that the reimbursement of the $could be successfully completed, which is now completeThe customer has been refunded which may be verified with the financial institution,If further assistance is desired, please do not hesitate to contact me directly,Regards,Tony S. They said. I did not respond their email. I did respond of course. Also I attached to email recipe that I paid Why I want to pay...

back my money. Their bus never come on time or every 15 minutes as their advertisements.  It cane always over an hour. That made my family got dehydrated under hot ( over 85 dgree) . How it happened 2 days in a row?10am to 6 pm. Traffic only for that bus company ?

I am rejecting this response because: After checking my email several times now- trash, spam, and inbox- I did not receive a response from Big Bus Tours  on 9/14/2017 or any other day.  I've attached a copy of our tickets.  This tour was paid for via credit/debit card.  If more information regarding the payment methodology is required, please let me know.
