I am rejecting this response because:1: The email received from BigBus requesting formal refund submission. Email received Friday, July 10, 2015 11:23 AM from BigBus Representative. No formal documented procedure was provided for refund.2: Due to the unusual lengthy delay in service ~ 55 to 60 minutes the service simply should not advertise hop-off/hop-on shuttle service.3: More than one passengers faced this and noticed another passenger demanding request from driver who redirected him to BigBug ticket operator.4: Time was wasted that cannot be recovered by refund.5: Tourists to Washington D.C. should be given more attention as they come to know American heritage and history. Non-profit and Govt department(s) should intervene to regulate tourist service provider in Washington D.C.
