shipping requested for an order, the time frame from MA. to CA. is more than four (4) days in transit. We consider the issue resolved.

Mr. [redacted] ordered a pair of size 12-6E (6 Extra Wide) sandals from our company. As we were out of stock on his size, which is extremely hard to get, we ordered them from the manufacturer multiple times. The manufacturer repeatedly sent us size 12 4E (4 Extra Wide), which would not fit Mr....

Mr. [redacted] has been refunded in full for the shirt he ordered, as he filed a dispute with his credit card company before we were able to ship his shirt, which had been on order for him. We did not contest the dispute, and have cancelled his order. We consider the matter resolved.

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] While I appreciate the fact that the business is now willing to refund my purchase, I still think a complaint with an unsatisfactory response from the business should be on file.  The credit card company had already denied the payment so there isn't much to refund, I guess.  Also of note is the fact that the business now says that the shirt was never received by them, yet the one time I did manage to contact them I was told that the shirt had been shipped and apparently lost in the mail, and that a second shirt was in stock and would be shipped that day.  So clearly the business is just being blatantly dishonest about this problem.  Nor does the response address the problem of them being unwilling to respond to my attempts to contact them, return my emails, etc.  I do accept the fact that they will not be attempting to collect the payment and that there is not much else to do at this point, but I also want this to be a record of the fact this business is very questionable.  Thanks you.

Ms. [redacted] ordered an item using a colleague's Store Credit Note, and the item was out of stock after the holiday season and had to be re-ordered for her. She was billed twice for the shipping charge in error, and has been refunded for same, in the amount of $14.95. The item was shipped and...

delivered to her on 2/12/16, and the package was signed for by Ms. [redacted] herself upon delivery. We consider the matter to be resolved.
