Please add your rejection comments below. Yes its true  a package arrived, and my daughter signed for it Nov. 23rd, but it is not what I ordered, and isn"t even close. Tried to contact them to tell, but still no answer after 3 weeks. If  you look at all the complaints lodged against this company, you will see that this is what they do, send the wrong product & then ignore responses. Dont want to put out my money to send back, unless I recieve conformation that they will send my money back for products,  along with shipping cost. This is just terrible to tie my money up for over a month. MY problem not resolved, wait for your resp0nse!

Mr. [redacted] ordered a pair of size 15-5E slippers: a size that is five times as wide as the average man's shoe width, and larger than the standard men's shoe size of 8-13. of stock on Mr. [redacted]'s size, and we were sold out as well, and we informed Mr. [redacted] of this when he placed his order, as well as when he called and emailed to inquire when they would be shipping. An unexpected production delay on the part of the manufacturer resulted in Mr. [redacted]'s slippers shipping to him later than expected. As soon as they arrived, we airmailed them to Mr. [redacted] and sent him tracking information. The slippers have been delivered, and we regret the unexpected delay and inconvenience to Mr. [redacted]. We consider the matter resolved.

Mr [redacted] cancelled his exchange and has not returned his goods for refund. We are unable to process a refund without the return of goods, per our refund and exchange policy

[redacted] P.S. I never received any response regarding the coat what so ever. They lied. I emailed them and called over 20 times without a single response. There hiding behind how many years they've been in business to justify there mistreatment of customers. As I've stated I would never do business nor recommend them to any one. Huge list of complaints can be found with some research. All I can say as I wish they would have admitted to there lack of costumer service and owned up to there mistake but at least in some way they are admitting it. Good day and Thank you.

So far nothing has happened with the refund.  I did get an E-mail saying he would forward the request for a refund to the billing dept.  That was in early July.  I sent him [redacted] with Big men Stout men shop on July 20th saying I had not heard anything about a refund.  So here we are on August 5, 2015 and still nothing from the company.  I am not unhappy with the Revdex.com or with the fact they contacted the business. I am just frustrated they have my money and I have nothing so far.  This goes back to April.

Mr. [redacted] shirt did not arrive to us from the manufacturer in his size (6XB), as the product has been discontinued. Mr. [redacted] has been refunded in full for his item and his shipping charges, and we regret that we were unable to obtain the product for him. We did attempt to order it multiple...

times from the manufacturer, who neglected to inform us that the product is no longer in production.

Mr. [redacted] then cancelled the order the day after he placed it, once we informed him that the fall/winter items were not yet in stock for the season in every size,...

Mr. [redacted] then filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, and a dispute with his issuing bank for the transaction.We did not challenge the dispute, and allowed Mr. [redacted]'s issuing bank to issue him his refund in full. As this is our 70th year in business, Mr. [redacted] is the type of customer who would be better served if he patronized another specialty-sized business.We consider the matter resolved.

Ms. [redacted] was refunded on 11/30/15 for the item she returned. We have spoken with her by phone and scanned a copy of the refund receipt to her for her records. We consider the matter resolved.

speciality-sized clothing and footwear, customers who do not make their purchases in store, where they can try on the good for fit, or be measured for accurate sizing, are responsible for returning the item for either refund or exchange. Had Mr [redacted] read the policy before making his purchase he would have been aware that in order to receive either a refund or an exchange, he would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Ms [redacted]’s order was sent to her in two (2) separate shipments, as two (2) of the speciality-sized dress shirt colors she ordered were out of stock when her order was placed. The size she ordered was for five (5) dress shirts, in size 17 neck and 40” sleeves ( a very tall shirt size) so we shipped...

the three shirt colors that were in stock to her promptly and then followed up with the two additional shirts once they arrived from the manufacturer. Ms [redacted] received her complete order, and we consider the issue to have been resolved.
