Hello ***, I'm very sorry that you are having this issueI do see that your warranty order has been shipped and is expecte to deliver to you on August 27th via USPS tracking number: [redacted] In investigating your issue to determine why the delay occured, I found that we were out of stock of the stroke spark plug at the time of order which is what caused the delayWe do everything that we can to process warranty replacements in a timely fashion, however it is subject to availability of the partUnfortunately, due to the back order statues of the part at the time of your order, it was delayed until we received new stock of itThank you again for your patience and understanding

Hello [redacted] ,I'm sorry that you are having issues with your order and I apologize for the confusion and frustration for these issuesAll of our orders are processed through our fraud prevention department before fulfillmentOur fraud prevention department had found a number of red flags with your order including multiple chargebacks originating from the delivery address that you had requestedAs well, further investigation found a number of discrepancies with your payment methodAs a result, your order was flagged for further review.Your order has been fully refunded to the original card

We have arranged for a local repair facility in the customer's area, [redacted] , to pick up the bike from the customer's residentsAfter speaking to the repair center, the following issues were resolved:A turn signal won't light - The repair facility found that the turn signal was unplugged at it's connectorIt was plugged in and this problem was resolvedOne of the pedals won't fit into the socket- Bicycle pedals are reverse thread to prevent loosening while in useThe customer was simply not turning the threads in the correct directionThe problem was resolved by turning the pedals in the correct direction in the socketThe air stem was also detached from the tire- We did find that there was a defect in the tireA replacement tube has been sent to the repair facility to repair the tire I know chargers give off heat, but this charger became so hot I singed my fingertips when I touched it.- A replacement charger is being sent to the customer for replacementBent key- A replacement key is being sent to the customerIt does appear that there were minor damages caused during shipping of the bikeWe will be contacting the shipping carrier and providing the customer with a partial refund for the cosmetic scratches

The bike has been repaired and available for delivery back to the customer as of 9/21/15, however the customer has been unresponsive to us and the repair facility to arrange redelivery of the repaired bike On October 15th, we made contact with the customer at which time the customer stated that in order for her to accept redelivery of the repaired bike, we will need to sell the bike to her at a price of $dollarsGiven that the original price of the bike was $1045.91, it was explained to her that we cannot accept such and unreasonable offer On October 19th, the customer accepted the condition of us refunding to her the actual return shipping costs for this bike of $We agreed to refund this amount to the customerHowever, since the customer had filed a chargeback for this transaction, we cannot process the refund until the credit card chargeback has been canceled by herShe requested that we cancel the credit card chargeback on our end, so that she can make re-payment of the bikeIt has been explained to her that we do not have any ability to cancel the chargebackWe explained to her that she will need to cancel the chargeback so we can refund the payment of $to herShe had indicated that at that time that she had an issue with trusting that we will refund her the payment of $We than offered to refund the $to her prior to her canceling the chargeback claimHowever, she denied this offerWe also sent her a signed letter which stated the agreed upon resolution, however she did not accept that, requesting that the letter be notarizedThe letter is attached for review.On Oct 24th, she then changed her mind and requested that we ship the repaired bike back and send out black bikeIt was explained to her that as she had already agreed to have the bike repaired, now that the bike has been repaired and paid for, we are unable to do such an exchange.We have done everything in our power to satisfy the customer's needsThis includes:Making arrangements with a local repair facility to pick up the bike at her residence, repair the bike and deliver the bike at her residenceWe paid $for this repairOffer her an extension to our warranty for the bikeOffer a courtesy refund of $However, at this time, we do not believe we can satisfy the customer's unreasonable requestsThe bike is being returned to us
