I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Although all self balancing boards without a UL Certification were recalled not just those from your link, the restocking fee, came from the $75.00 in shipping charges which I paid to receive the item and return the item, so the fee was not waived. I paid $413.00 and some cents for the self balancing board, they sent me $391.95 where is my remaining $21.00 and some cents? I in return sent it back paying roughly $53.00 for shipping, which should have been covered by BikeBerry for selling an uncertified item. But since BikeBerry is a crooked company that takes peoples money and sends them cheap or damaged parts or items, I should have read the reviews on you at first.. I wish to have no further dealings with this company so  I  will consider this complaint resolved.

Regarding the packaging of just a cardboard box with two smaller boxes- because this item is shipped to you via pallet freight and not standard Fedex...

shipping, the shipment is far safer as the bike always stays upright and is wrapped on the pallet throughout it's journey to you. In any case, it does seem that your bike did experience unusual amount of shipping damages and for that I am sincerely sorry. I do understand that you are having a number of issues with the bike.
