Normally the overall car buying process is very stressful and something not many look forward too. As most would do, I had my guard up from day one to get ‘the deal’ everyone is in search for when car shopping. From the moment I arrived at Bill Luke Fiat and met [redacted], I could tell it was going to be a different process than what I have experienced in the past. Normally, Car salesmen have a reputation of not always being very honest. [redacted] and the entire staff you could tell were a different breed, they were all very nice and you could tell they were genuinely interested in my search and not just looking for the next sale. Now back to [redacted], he was phenomenal with the entire process which entailed answering about 50 text messages from me including on his days off. I really appreciate the entire staff working with me; I would definitely recommend and go back in the future to Bill Luke Fiat.

I must say this is the best car buying experience I ever had. Dan and Steve the sales manager were awesome. The both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am amazed of the first class customer service that I received. Thank you Bill Luke. AWESOME Service... First class and Best ever. I highly recommend going to BILL LUKE FIAT in Tempe.

Buyer Beware! Purchased [redacted] last week traded in my [redacted] no dents no scratches . Went to get into my passenger side today back door paint is bubbling looked under can see overspray. Carfax reports no accident . I ran report on Autocheck car had side impact collision reported. Dealership not willing to do anything but took our cash that we paid for the car in full.

Review: We purchased a used vehicle here. Gave a review, and we're pleased. However, there were a couple of things that required repair, and replacement. [redacted], the sales person who sold us the vehicle, stated that

1) the parts will be ordered that day,

2) he will make sure those are written on the document (so it can be repaired),

3) Service Department will contact us in a bout 2 weeks, and that

4) he wants to do right by us because he is a "professional."

In good faith, of course, we trusted him that he will be ethical, and do the right thing.

After all, he said he is a professional.

Fast forward to nearly three [3] months later, Only one [1] of two [2] issues solved. When we reached out to [redacted], and explained that there's been a misunderstanding about only one was repaired and replaced. Cole became very defensive, and stated he never promised that he will repair the other one. He kept referring to the document. "If it's not there, I did not promise it. I am a professional." That's interesting, because we recalled him pointing BOTH of them out, and that he will include BOTH of them in the required document.

We were still trying to get some solutions, but we were rudely dismissed with "At least you have a nice car." Shook our hands, and sprinted away! (WTF?!) Cole did not even bother to reach out to a Manager and rectify the issue. Professionals, will do that.

What a shame! Buyers.Beware!Desired Settlement: [redacted] promised both of the issues repaired/replaced for no additional cost.

Whether he forgot to include the 2nd issue in the "way" or document by accident or intentional, it still needs to be fixed free of charge.

Bill Luke Fiat has tried to contact [redacted] to resolve the issue but has not received a response back as of yet. Bill Luke Fiat is willing to replace an A Pillar cover at no charge to Mr. [redacted] even though this was not noted on any legal paperwork or found to be verbally agreed to. The A Pillar is in stock at the dealership so if Mr. [redacted] would like to setup an appointment with [redacted] service advisor, give him a call at [redacted]. Thank you to Mr. [redacted] for his business.

[redacted]verbally* stated he will include it in the document.We also emailed Sprite regarding the issue. The only time we received any communication was when we filed a formal complaint wit Revdex.com.We also returned Sprite's phone call. After thinking about the condition (they will repair for free IF we take down the negative comment), we have decided to leave the comment we posted. They promised to repair 2 issues and only did one. And now, they are playing quid pro quo!

Great service, friendly and patient sales people, and the best prices in town. I would highly recommend Bill Luke. If you are in the market for a car, I think you have to see what Bill Luke has before making a decision.
I wanted to test drive several cars, as I had not made up my mind on what I wanted. I was considering anything from a sports car to a compact SUV. I wanted to check Bill Luke before I bought anything to see if the great prices they posted online were legit, or a ruse to get people in the door. I am very cynical when it comes to car sales. Like most of us, I have had a lot of bad experiences, and have dealt with a lot of dishonesty.
I was pleased to find the prices were real, and the sales people were knowledgable and patient. I first worked with [redacted], who was great. I was not ready to buy at the end of the day, but said I would come back the next evenning. [redacted] did not pressure me and was fine with me coming in the next day, even though he would not be there.
The next day I worked with [redacted], who was great. I did not feel pressured when I did not want to take their offer, [redacted] was patient and did not get defensive as we haggled and worked out a deal. When we finally came to something we could both live with, the financing was easy. No hidden fees, and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly.
I have dealt with a few dealerships around town, and this is the only one I would feel comfortable recommending. In fact, given their great pricing, I think everyone in the market for a car should check their website, and if they have something you like, go check it out. They have so many cars, that even if you are like me and have not made up your mind, you will have an opportunity to check out many different makes and models. I am very happy with the results of this car buying experience.

My wife and I had been searching for a new 2014 Ford Fusion for three weeks. In fact we had been at another dealership for the last three days trying to make sure we were picking out the right options we wanted in a vehicle.
We were on our way to purchase a Ford Fusion at another dealership when my wife found, on- line, a used 2014 Fusion with a Titanium package at Bill Luke Fiat Tempe, at the Autoplex. We arrived at the dealership at 3:30pm and we were not aware they closed at 4 pm due to it being the 4th of July. We were met in the parking lot by a salesman named [redacted]. He was very personable and nice. As we looked over the vehicle he did not pressure or push us to make a decision while my wife and I talked over things about the vehicle.
During the negotiation, that was less than 15 minutes, [redacted] was very honest and explained the details of the costs. Both [redacted] and the sales manager worked with us to get the vehicle at a very fair price that we were satisfied with. We would gladly work with [redacted] again in future.
The financial officer was also very nice and explained other options in a non pressure way. The whole buying car experience was appreciated and we will recommend Bill Luke Fiat to our friends and family.

Thank you Bill Luke Fiat for showing me how the new 500 L fits me and my family's needs! We are so excited to be apart of the Bill Luke Fiat Family! Please wave when you see us cruising in our Fiat around town!
