I only received one e-mail from this company, although I contacted them a total of times. I got no response from them on the last two
e-mails. The answer I received from them was that my complaint was under review. I knew nothing about any return policy on their web
site. I simply returned the product with an explanation as to why I was returning it. I feel cheated by this company. They have my money
AND the product I returned. It doesn't say a lot for this company's integrity

Our refund policy actually does allow the customer to try the product within the 30 day period because our return policy states that the customer must contact us within 30 days after getting the package. Not that they have to send it back within 30 days of ordering.

Customer ordered from us 03/**/2014 08:25pm. It takes about 48 hours for an order to be sent from our database to our fulfillment center so that the payment can clear before an order is sent out. After that, it takes another 24-48 hours for the order to be packaged and sent to USPS and for the...

customer to get a tracking number. We tell customers it will take about 5 to 10 days to get their order from the day of order due to USPS delivery times.
Customer called in 03/**/2014 08:11am and 03/**/2014 01:10pm and 03/**/2014 01:20pm to inquire about order, as well as harass our agents by being [redacted]. She was clearly told that she will be given a tracking number as soon as it is available and she was emailed one 03/**/2014 04:23am.

Shows that the order was delivered in  10 days (**was a Sunday) as promised.
As for the "false charges", customer was so impatient that she insisted a new order be shipped to her free of charge. The agent helping her attempted to ship out 3 new orders but accidentally charged customer for 2 of the shipments but afterward refunded them. The third shipment [redacted]for 3 bottles for $0.00 was sent to customer and delivered on the same day as the original order:

Customer thus received 6 bottles for the price of 2 (1 bottle is $48 + $9.95 s&H), all within 10 days of making the order.

BioHealth Research offers a 30 day refund policy where if a customer wants to get a refund for an order placed within the last 30 days, they can obtain an RMA number by calling or emailing customer service. All that they have to do is write the RMA number on the package they send back. This is...

because our return center identifies customers by their unique RMA numbers.
All of this information is available on our website under the refund policy:
[redacted]returned out of the refund policy by sending back the package without an RMA number. Since she violated our refund policy, she is not eligible for a refund.
Multiple agents have told her so via replies to the emails she has sent.

We do not have any orders placed matching this customer's name, email, or address.
Please check your billing statement. If the customer did place an order with our company, the charge would appear as "Bio Health Research".

The customer's response is inaccurate. We have replied to all of her emails and told her to call us so we can find a resolution. I am attaching screenshots. 
I have refunded customer for 2 bottles despite the fact that she returned outside of our refund policy.

While I understand and acknowledge your email that I did no business with you, this is accurate. However, it still does not explain why I am being billed. Thus, I am asking the company to find why am I being billed and to what extense. I will gladly submit the information if the company is willing to cooperate and help me. attatched is the email I received when I requested an RMA to return product.It gives an address and states the product must be returned within 30 days of original delivery date. The return address listed on their web page under terms and conditions has been changed since I returned my product.This I know because I compared them when I prepared my package for return.The reason I compared them was because I read complaints online from people who were dissatisfied with their dealings with this company which led me to be suspicious of their business practices.
If this is such an honest company why did I have no help from their customer service rep?Why did she not even ask where I sent it?There was no helpfullness from the young woman I dealt with.I wish I had a transcript of our conversation.
If this company is honest and wants to deal fairly they will pay for return shipping or simply refund my money since I have already shipped it once to the address they provided and well within the window of time their return policy state.

Review: They sold me bottles of Garcina Cambogia with incomplete directions on most of the bottles. Some were manufactured by a different company than Bio Health Research. and some were manufactured by Bio Health. I kept the ones that were by the other company and followed their directions. I gave my mom some by Bio Health and some by the other company. It is advertised to work within 30 days. I followed the directions on the incorrectly labeled bottles and within 30 days it hadn't changed my weight a bit as was advertised. It is advertised to drop significant weight. I contacted them and explained the directions I was following. They said I was taking it wrong and told me how to take it correctly. I had never received any information on their return policy. At that point they tell me it has to be returned within 30 days to get your money back and only for the unused product. That time had already lapsed and I didn't know if the product worked because the directions were incorrect. They gave me till 45 days to return it for my money back after trying the correct directions. That still wasn't enough time to see if it worked. I did continue taking it to see if it would work and nothing changed. My mom had been following the correct directions, and she weighs at least 100 pounds more than me. She only lost 7 pounds the first week and never lost any more. She at least should have lost more because she weighs more. After tracking my weight for about 2 months I email them again with the totals for my weight over that last 3 months showing that my weight hadn't changed and asked for my money back. I had bought 7 bottles for $200. They wouldn't take any of it back and reimburse me for even the unused bottles. That's $200 for a product that never worked with incorrect directions and no return policy given the to customer until I complained or asked about it.Desired Settlement: I would like like my $200 back for a product that didn't work and had incorrect labeling. I still have unused product that they could take back at their expense.

Review: After they promised this was not an auto ship program they charged my debit card again and with no product. There is no way to get in touvh with them over the phone or via e-mail, ther is no answer from them. This company is a rip-off and they scam customer with false claims.Desired Settlement: Fine the company for not being truthful.

When Ilana ordered from us, she selected the auto refill option. It does not come pre-selected and the only to get auto refill is to manually check the box. When the customer does this, our order page lets the customer know that they have selected auto refill and that it is a monthly package. I have attached a screenshot of the order page for evidence.

She placed her order with us 12/[redacted]/2013 06:44pm with order number [redacted]. This order shows as delivered December **, 2013 , 2:24 pm

Her second order [redacted]was automatically placed 01/**/2014 03:16am and successfully delivered as well:

The customer never contacted us to let us know that she never received the product. She called in 01/**/2014 12:30am at which point her auto refill was turned off.

Review: On Bio Heath website for [redacted] it states guaranteed results or your money back within 30 days and [redacted] operator number [redacted] refused to refund me my $26 because she said they can changed their terms and conditions at any time and even though their website says 30 day unconditional money back guarantee they do not have to honor it because they changed their termsDesired Settlement: I just want money back as promised since the product did not work as guaranteed
