Review: I did not order those products for ongoing purposes. Now I am being billed on monthly basis.Desired Settlement: Refund and compension for all of my troubles. Also, cease sending me products.

Business

Response:

We do not have any orders placed matching this customer's name, email, or address.

Please check your billing statement. If the customer did place an order with our company, the charge would appear as "Bio Health Research".

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

While I understand and acknowledge your email that I did no business with you, this is accurate. However, it still does not explain why I am being billed. Thus, I am asking the company to find why am I being billed and to what extense. I will gladly submit the information if the company is willing to cooperate and help me. Once this has been resolved, I will gladly close this complaint on a good term with friendly notice.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

I cannot tell you why a different company is billing you for something.

You need to contact the company that is billing you. There should be a phone number next to the charge.

Since we did not bill you, and since you did no business with us, we cannot explain whatever charges you have on your credit card.

Review: Obtained RMA number and address to return product since there was no way to really try the product and get it returned within the 30 day window.Received product on March **.Obtained RMA number and return info on March **.Mailed package on March **.According to tracking info it was out for delivery on April [redacted]. When I received my package back it was marked Refused.Return to Sender April [redacted].I called the company today and talked to Champagne. She stated theory reason they would have refused the product was if it was damaged. The package was not damaged and it had not been opened to inspect for damage, but Champagne no explanation and offered no recourse.Neither did there appear to be anyone of higher authority with whom I could speak.Bottom line was they were not willing to attempt to resolve this matter.I offered send her pictures of the package to prove it had not been damaged or opened for inspection.Didn't appear interested in offering any help or solution.Desired Settlement: This company needs to be shut down. It appears to have only this one product with only one goal which is to make money.Customer service appears to have little training with no supervision and I have never experienced such a lack of concern in any dealings with customer service employees my 60 years as a consumer.

Business

Response:

Our refund policy actually does allow the customer to try the product within the 30 day period because our return policy states that the customer must contact us within 30 days after getting the package. Not that they have to send it back within 30 days of ordering.

The reason that the package was returned to customer was probably because she put the return info incorrectly. Our return address is :

Mary is the first customer to have issues with getting the return to us.

Once she sends the product to the correct place, we will refund her.

attatched is the email I received when I requested an RMA to return product. It gives an address and states the product must be returned within 30 days of original delivery date. The return address listed on their web page under terms and conditions has been changed since I returned my product. This I know because I compared them when I prepared my package for return. The reason I compared them was because I read complaints online from people who were dissatisfied with their dealings with this company which led me to be suspicious of their business practices.

If this is such an honest company why did I have no help from their customer service rep?Why did she not even ask where I sent it?There was no helpfullness from the young woman I dealt with.I wish I had a transcript of our conversation.

If this company is honest and wants to deal fairly they will pay for return shipping or simply refund my money since I have already shipped it once to the address they provided and well within the window of time their return policy state.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered three bottles of [redacted]. I found the product not to be as advertised, and it was also ineffective. I paid $98.00 for the three bottles. I returned two of the bottles (unopened) for a refund. The return was sent to the address on their web site which is[redacted] #**, [redacted]. This is the address I was instructed to send it to. I know the package was received, because I paid for delivery confirmation, and it was received at the Duluth address on Feb. **or **. After not receiving any correspondence or refund to my account, I e-mailed them, and was told they were reviewing my case. I have contacted them twice more via e-mail, and have received no response from them on either of the last two e-mails. I would appreciate some help on this matter. I feel they have had ample time to refund my money to my account. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.Desired Settlement: Would like to see a refund made to my account within 2 to 3 business days.

Business

Response:

BioHealth Research offers a 30 day refund policy where if a customer wants to get a refund for an order placed within the last 30 days, they can obtain an RMA number by calling or emailing customer service. All that they have to do is write the RMA number on the package they send back. This is because our return center identifies customers by their unique RMA numbers.

All of this information is available on our website under the refund policy:

[redacted]returned out of the refund policy by sending back the package without an RMA number. Since she violated our refund policy, she is not eligible for a refund.

Multiple agents have told her so via replies to the emails she has sent.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# **, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

I only received one e-mail from this company, although I contacted them a total of 3 times. I got no response from them on the last two

e-mails. The answer I received from them was that my complaint was under review. I knew nothing about any return policy on their web

site. I simply returned the product with an explanation as to why I was returning it. I feel cheated by this company. They have my money

AND the product I returned. It doesn't say a lot for this company's integrity.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

The customer's response is inaccurate. We have replied to all of her emails and told her to call us so we can find a resolution. I am attaching screenshots.

I have refunded customer for 2 bottles despite the fact that she returned outside of our refund policy.

Sincerely,

Review: On 3-**-2014 I ordered a dietary supplement form Bio Health Research Center,[redacted], immediatly after ordering I checked my bank account and the money had already been taken out (within a 3 minutes period)., On 3-**, I saw online that there are companies that is selling this product that are scams. So I started to worry. I called the business on 3- **to get a tracking # spoke with [redacted], she could not give me one. Said my order wasnt shipped yet. The product was guaranteed to be delivered my house 3-5 business days. On 3-**spoke with Champaign told her that I still havent recieved my product & would like a tracking #. She told me that it was still at the fullfillment center & blamed it on the post office. On 3-**I spoke with [redacted], she also said that my order was still at the fullfillment center but was going to ship me out a "replacement" order at no cost to me. I then called my bank to make sure that this was legit... That is when I found out that Bio Health Research Center had been sending different sum amount charges to my account starting on 3-**up til 3-**. As of 3-18 $98.97 has been taken out of my account. My bank caught the others as fraudulent purchases so hopefully they will not be able to get anything else, but somehow they were preapproved . We cancelled our card and are now dealing with " all that"... Its 3-**-2014 I have still not recieved my product.Desired Settlement: For people and companies that scam hard working, law abiding citizens to be accountable for their actions instead of just getting a slap on the hand. And of coarse, my money back that I work hard for!

Thank you

Customer ordered from us 03/**/2014 08:25pm. It takes about 48 hours for an order to be sent from our database to our fulfillment center so that the payment can clear before an order is sent out. After that, it takes another 24-48 hours for the order to be packaged and sent to USPS and for the customer to get a tracking number. We tell customers it will take about 5 to 10 days to get their order from the day of order due to USPS delivery times.

Customer called in 03/**/2014 08:11am and 03/**/2014 01:10pm and 03/**/2014 01:20pm to inquire about order, as well as harass our agents by being [redacted]. She was clearly told that she will be given a tracking number as soon as it is available and she was emailed one 03/**/2014 04:23am.

Her tracking link:

Shows that the order was delivered in 10 days (**was a Sunday) as promised.

As for the "false charges", customer was so impatient that she insisted a new order be shipped to her free of charge. The agent helping her attempted to ship out 3 new orders but accidentally charged customer for 2 of the shipments but afterward refunded them. The third shipment [redacted]for 3 bottles for $0.00 was sent to customer and delivered on the same day as the original order:

Customer thus received 6 bottles for the price of 2 (1 bottle is $48 + $9.95 s&H), all within 10 days of making the order.

Review: I ordered a dietary supplement from biohealth.com, [redacted]. I received a counterfeit phone call from this number ###-###-#### asking me if it was ok if they added a $1. 95 shipping fee because they were going to send me a $50 gift card and a 25% discount on my next order. They had my name and home address and new I had ordered [redacted]. The person on the phone wouldn't give me their name or where they were calling from. When I kept questioning them about this shipping fee and why I had to pay it now when online it says shipping is free. they hung up on me. I tried to call the number back to see who had called me and it said it was an invalid phone number. So I called the bio health research's number ###-###-####. They informed me that the ###-###-#### was not a number affiliated with their company. I explained to them what the person said from that number. She just stated that our conversation was being recorded and someone should look into this issue. When I asked to speak to a [redacted] or another department, she said no one was around that I could speak to. She just assured me that they don't give out consumers information to anyone and all that she could see was the last 4 digits of my credit card number and the expiration date.Desired Settlement: I want to know how this ###-###-#### got my name home address and how they new I ordered the gardenia [redacted] dietary supplement. They are obviously doing something illegal if when I call back it says their number is invalid and they hung up on my after I kept questioning them. I am hoping to prevent anyone else from being scammed. I want to know if there has been complaints against the bio Health Research company? If they are a legitimate business? Because they refused to anything further about my complaints, would not let me speak to a [redacted] or do anything else to address my concerns.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered a product online offered by Bio Health Research ([redacted]) and within less than 2 hours, changed my mind about the purchase and called to cancel the order. When asked why I wanted to cancel my order, I told the sales associate that I didn't want to spend that much money on something that I was afraid wouldn't work. I had read negative comments on Facebook after purchasing the product, and decided it was not what I wanted. The associate said that if they offered the product to me at a discount, would I still be willing to try the product. I asked her if I was not satisfied with the product, if I would be able to get my money back. She assured me that I could, so I agreed to try the product. When I received it, I tried it and could not see any difference in my weight or the way I felt (no sense of metabolism change, increased energy, etc.). I called the company within the 30 day time limit to get a return authorization number. I was told immediately by the rep. that, since I had already been issued a "refund" (their term for the discount they offered me to try the product), I was not eligible for another refund. I tried to explain to him what the sales associate had told me, with him talking over me as I tried to explain. He said that he would have to let a [redacted] review my recorded phone conversation and that he would put me on hold and check in with me periodically. I asked if I would also be able to hear the recorded conversation, and he said no. I was placed on hold for several minutes, and then he told me he was transferring my call to his [redacted]. The [redacted] told me that, due to a technical problem, he was unable to listen to the conversation. I told him that that was a problem on his end, not mine. He again reiterated what the other rep. told me - that I was not eligible for a refund. When I again tried to tell him what the sales associate told me (again, with him rudely talking over me), he stated again that there was nothing they could do, and that they did not accept return of items that had been opened! [I fail to see how I'm supposed to determine the validity of a product that I have not tried!] I told him that perhaps I should start a Facebook campaign against his company, and he said that that was why we had the first amendment. I then, in total frustration, told him that he was a "real class act" and hung the phone up.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of the full price that I was billed for the product after the discount was applied.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered Garcinia Cambogia on 9-**-2013 I paid by credit debit card -- I was sent an email that said due to lots of orders that I would receive an email on 9-**-2013 on when it would be shipped. I tried calling them today and couldn't get thru. A voice came on line when I first called and said your call was important - I tried two different times and all I got was music. I stayed on line twice for more than 20 minutes. The amount that was taken out of my account was $97.98 on the third of Sept. Now I am afraid I am just out of nearly $100 - I am not a rich person and this really upsets me that I might have been scammed . This is the reason I am complaining so others don't get scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or the product. Mainly my money back.

Sincerely,

Review: I placed an online order with this merchant on October **, 2013. I contacted the merchant on 10/**/13 at 12:15 pm to notify them that the product was never received and that I would like a full refund of my purchase cost as I am no longer interested in receiving their product. I was met with resistance and refusal to refund 100% of my purchase cost. I was first offered a 30% refund and then a 70% refund. I refused both offers stating that I didn't have 70% or 30% of their product so I was not paying for it. I demanded 100% reimbursement which was refused. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company. I notified the merchants customer service representative of my intended actions including disputing the charge through my credit card company as well as reporting their company to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: As I did not receive any portion of their promised product, I want a 100% refund of my purchase cost, $37.95.

Sincerely,

Review: This product is advertised as the miracle weight loss solution. I am not usually the type to believe in this stuff. If its too good to be true...it probably is! This is no exception! I have worked very hard to lose 65 lbs and have been stuck at a plateau (up and down less than 1 lb) for 5 months. I was hoping this product would help me through the plateau. I tried this product for 3 weeks. According to expected results, I should have lost at least 6-10 lbs after taking the product for 3 weeks. I weighed in today, and I have gained 4 lbs! I went to the website, which clearly states guaranteed results of your money back. So, I called customer service. The representative was rude and rushed me off the phone. She explained that I actually need to use the product for 5 weeks to see results, but if I want my money back I have to request it within 30 days! How is that even possible? If I request my money back in 30 days I have not given the product the full test period, and if I give it the full test period, there is no way to get my money back if it doesn't work! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. She then rushed me off the phone with a $17 "courtesy refund" - a small percent of the $48 I paid to try this product!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the remaining $31 I am entitled. If extra postage is included I am happy to send back the unopened bottle I still have on hand. I don't want to make a fuss or be unpleasant, but I do believe I am entitled to my money back.

Review: I have tried to contact them about, where is my product! they have not responded after one month and no product also! Its was for [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my money back on my credit card

Review: I purchased 3 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia mid April of 2014, these had a money back guarantee. I took these as instructed (2 per day for 30 days) and saw no results. So I returned 2 full bottles and was told I was outside of the guarantee period. BioHealth acknowledged the receipt of the 2 unopened bottles but would not refund my money so then I asked that the product I returned be returned to me. There has been no action. Basically they screwed me on the money back guarantee and now they won't send me the 2 unopened bottles of their product back that I returned.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $97.98, if not I would like a 2/3's refund for the 2 unopened bottles of the product I returned.

[redacted] ordered from us on 04/**/2014 01:34pm and inquired about returning 06/**/2014 12:57pm.

We have a 30 day refund policy which can be found on our website at:

I have reshipped him 2 bottles free of charge to him.

They will arrive in 3 to 7 days.

Review: After seeing a diet related product on Dr. Oz and reading a follow up review in Health magazine I decided to order the product Garcinia Cambogia. The editor in Health magazine said to make sure this was coming from a site that said it was the original Garcinia Cambogia. When I found the site that seemed to match I placed an order on November **, 2013. In that order I bought 3 bottles and 2 were free. I used a credit card and immediately received a receipt from the customer service at Bio Health Research, but it said Kiel Ventures LLC customer receipt/purchase confirmation.

On that I have an invoice number of [redacted] and a cr of [redacted]. There is also even a transaction ID number of [redacted]. My product was due to ship in 7-10 days. To this day I still have not received it. On my credit card statement it shows a payment was made to Kiel Ventures LLC and there is a phone number. When I call the number it connects to two other products- Raspberry Ketones and

Green Coffee Beans. No phone calls to that number have been responded to. On Dec. * I forwarded the receipt I got to customer service at [redacted] saying that I had still not received my product. I received no response and sent another e-mail on December **, 2013. On December ** I did finally get a response to my e-mail and they claim they have no orders placed matching my name or my e-mail. They asked me to check my billing statement and said it should say Bio Health Research. They claim to have no affiliation with Kiel Ventures. So I called Bio Health Research and finally on December ** spoke to a customer service rep who again checked the computer for all my information and found nothing. I believe her name was April and she said she'd never heard of this and said she would fill out a problem desolation form and that a [redacted] should call me on Saturday around 9. I never got any such phone called. I called again today and was put on hold for over 11 minutes.Desired Settlement: Well, naturally I would want the product I ordered, but since neither I or it seem to exist I feel this does need to be pursued. How can customer service from a company who sent me a receipt say this, when they are the ones that sent me the receipt. So then I suspect a scam or maybe a fake business that is skimming off orders etc.... I don't want others to have the same issue I have experienced and by being put on hold for 12 minutes they are not helping me to resolve this issue either.

Review: I placed an order with Bio Health three months ago I ordered one bottle of Garcinia Gambogia they charged me for two they kept sending me to a voicemail no one ever called back now almost four months later I've had 120.00 dollars taken from our checking account off my debit card by Bio Health once again but I never ordered anything. Now we are in the same situation they can't give us any information when we call except try to take more money or tell us no one is available to talk right now, they can't even tell you where their office is! I just want an honest answer and I want what they stole from me. We contested the charges through our bank witch we had to pay for and I had to cancel my debit card.Desired Settlement: I want 250.00 dollars back witch comes from a charge of 120.00 they took from my account recently and 62.90 they took three months ago plus our bank charges for contesting the charges.

Review: Back on 7/*/13 I placed an order for a 3 months supply of thier product of Garcinia Cambogia and paid online with my credit card. All appeard to process properly and I recieved an order confirmation from thier website shortly following reflecting my payment of $98. On Monday morning 7/*/13 I received a call from a [redacted] in thier customer service department that told me thier system has been having an issue and they saw that I had logged into thier website but my order was never completed even though I had received an order confirmation, she then proceeded to tell me they would give me a discounted rate of 77.95 for a 3 months supply because of the inconvenience. I asked her again to tell me what company she was with and she said Bio Health Research so I went ahead and gave her my CC information again and she then confirmed my mailing address and said she needed to pass me to her Supervisor to confirm the information again. I then spoke with a [redacted] who claimed to be a quality control supervisor, he confirmed the information again and then told me I had a 30day money back guarantee and if I had any questions, the customer service number I could call was ###-###-####. After hanging up with them, I felt a little uncomfortable and checked my bank account, I found that the first order for $89 had in fact cleared the bank and was paid. I then immediately called the bank to put any stop payment on the second order but they said the transaction was already in pending status and could not be cancelled and the only way I could prevent any additional charges from the company was to compeltely cancel my CC, so I did. I then tried calling the 800 number I initially called on my first order and explained to them numerous times throughout the day what had happened and that the other 800 number provided by [redacted] was to a company other than Bio Health (or at least it did not answer with Bio-Health) I have called the ###-###-#### number several times since and all you can get is a recorded message telling you to leave your name, number and brief message and someone would get back to you but they never have. I continued to received email responses from Bio Health that initially said they had issued Credits for both orders and have stopped shipments but that just created another issue because the credit card that was used was cancelled and the account shut down because of the misrepresentation of the seconde call from the company, other responses were sent via email that did not either answer the problem at hand or pertained to the issues in question what so ever. As of 7/* I made one more attempt through the 800 number I initially placed the order with and was told to contact Bio Health Corporate offices direct because they were just a customer service hub and could not help me any further. I have tried to locate a number for the Corporate Offices and the only one listed has been disconnected which is also the same number listed with the Revdex.com. To date, I have heard back from no one through either email or telephoneDesired Settlement: Since they still have the $89 initially paid, I would like them to send me the product but I would like to be compensated for a 5 (FIVE) MONTH supply instead of the 3 month supply initially requested for all the headaches caused due to thier poor service provided. I think that is the least they could do since they are still in possession of the $89 that was already paid out by my bank and the credit issued was not processed by my bank. There is NO proof of Credit reflecting for the $89 to date.

Review: I made an internet purchased from BioHealth on June [redacted] in the amount of $148.00. It was processed from my checking account on June [redacted]. I used the product a little under 90 days to see some results, none! I actually developed more fat than losing any. I was aware of the 30 day return policy and also the 100% customer satisfaction, and I was not satisfied. When I called the customer service center to request a refund, I was told that I was not in their system and had not made a purchase. I'm not completely sure of the dates of contacts, although there were many. It was around the 1st or 2nd week of September when I first called, I spoke with several reps before I even talked to a CSM. They couldn't find a $148.00 debit transaction, but did find a $740.00 [redacted] transaction which I never made! That transaction they said was declined! Well I wonder who card that was, because mine was a debit account. I have sent proof from my bank, pictures of the product, shipping info, and have even sent back the unused product, and they still refuse to refund me. The CSM told me not to send the product back because she couldn't refund me, my bank ordered me to send it back and I did. The reps for BioHealth and even the CSM kept saying we don't understand what happened, we never seen this before, we can't find you in our system!!! The proof is in the pudding, BioHealth debited my account! I have gone back and fourth with customer service for nearly two months about this matter, I had to change my debit account because someone had access to my info. If I had been completely satisfied with this product, this problem would have gone un-noticed. How many other victims are there? Who's getting the money? I'm not happy at all with BioHealth right now, what happened to the 100% customer satisfaction? And proof on top of that! It's like they're calling me a [redacted], and I don't appreciate that. I don't believe I'm the only one, The stress of the whole matter is enough for the refund alone.Desired Settlement: Grant the refund and a sincere apology, no questions asked! It's Elementary!

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased it on 11/**/2013 online. The product of Garcinia Cambogia for $97.98. It was to be mailed in 3 to 7 days. I called them on 11/**/13 they said it was shipped to the wrong address. I said I wanted a refund she said if I would still take it for a discount they would credit my account for $48.99 and send the product out in 3 to 7 days. I called again 12/**/13 I still hadn't got the product. She said it was coming. I called again 12/**/13 still no product. She said it would be comingby 12/**/13 no product came. I called again on 12/**/13 asked for a full credit to my charge card because the product still had not come. She said they could not give me a credit because I had already got one. I told her I still didn't get the product and I didn't want to wait anymore. She couldn't tell me when it would come. She said she could reorder it again and their was no one else I could talk to in the company. I told her the company was just scamming me and I was going to report them to the better busines bureau. I have been waiting along time for this order seeing it was ordered on 11/**/13 and it is now 12/**/13. I have been patient up till today. They did not hold up on what they said in 3 to 7 days delivery even after the first mix up with the address. I just want my credit refunded to my card. I will no longer do business with this company. Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: Just credit my card like they did the first time for the full amount.

As of 2/**/2014, this customer has been refunded in full.

Review: The product that I received from this company didn't work at all, they are selling products that are falsely advertised and straight out lying to their customers. However, when I ordered the product, I was told about a 100% money back guarantee, so the purchase was "no risk", which is why I took the chance and ordered the product. When I called to tell them the product didn't work and I wanted to get my money back, they told me they couldn't do that unless I sent back the bottle of pills with the pills still in it-- now how can you know if a product works or not unless you use it? So how is it possible to send back a product that you have already tried? And this was not disclosed to me at the time of the order, so if I wanted my money back, out of a 30 day supply of pills, I would have only been able to try the product for 1.5 weeks before I would have had to send it back, which is not long enough to know if the product has worked. This company set up all these loopholes so that they didn't have to honor this "guarantee" they claim they have. They are just stealing money from people and lying to their faces.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I would also like them to be honest with their customers, but I know that won't happen without the help of the Revdex.com, which is why I am filing this.

In order for your full refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. You pay for return shipping. There is a $5.00 restocking fee per unit you are returning. This fee will be taken out of the refund issued. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund.Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

What [redacted] did instead was call our customer service line and be extremely rude and uncooperative when our agents tried to help her. After each phone call our customer service representatives take, they have to leave a note in the customer page to summarize the call. In [redacted]'s notes, the first representative wrote: "cci [customer called in] for a return, explained return policy, was extremely rude, transferred to sup [supervisor] as demanded." Followed by a note from the supervisor: "customer made threats about Revdex.com and bank about not getting money back without returning product, hung up as I was starting to respond."

Had [redacted] stayed on the line for a few more seconds, she would have heard that we had found a solution for the return. Due to her impatience and her haste to go directly to the Revdex.com, there is now only a dispute where a solution could easily have been found.

To solve her issue, please have [redacted] contact us at ###-###-####

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

What the company told you in their response and what they told me is completley different.

They wouldn't let me speak when I called their customer service number, they kept talking over me, which is why I hung up the phone. They were the ones that were rude and uncooperative. They wouldn't give me the shipping address to return the product, as they stated that I did not have enough of the supplement left to return it, and that detail is no where in their response to the Revdex.com.

I have never complained to the Revdex.com before, but feel that this company is out to do bad business and scam people.

Please investigate them accordingly.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

[redacted]'s order was delivered successfully within a week of her ordering with tracking number: https[redacted]

Review: I ordered the product (raspberry keytone, and green coffee bean) on Oct [redacted], by e mail and debit card. I received the product in about one week, and I sent it back the same day it was received. I did not hear from them for a week, so I called and left a message to call me as I had returned the product same day as received. I have call several times since them, always getting a recording to leave message and they will call back. I used the message that about exisiting order, dial #2, and called that several times, left messages and no responded. Today I use the order #1, but got no response, and had call yesterday and got no response. I have left messages approximately 7 times with no return call. I have asked for a refund, but have not heard from anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $185.98

Sincerely,

Review: I stupidly place an order for [redacted]with Bio Health Research on January **, 2014. I went out to the store and found the supplement cheaper and canceled the order right away. I would say within 1 hour. When I called the girl confirmed that my credit card would be credited. The next day, January *, my card was charged $97.98. I started calling right away. I called, left several messages which they returned only to say that they could not find my order or me in their system. I printed out the order form and it has everything on it. My cr, order number my name, address and the charge. My credit card statement also has their name and phone number. When I spoke with the two women you could hear in the background the other customer service reps talking to other people telling them the same information. Something needs to be done about this company. They need to shut them down. I just want my money back!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back. How can a charge come out of my account from Bio Health Research when they don't even have me in their system? Weird

Consumer

Response:

They said that my account would be credited. There would be no charge.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Bio-Health Research Center Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: On October [redacted] I made a order online with Bio Health Research. After putting in all the payment info, name and address information I completed my order,I realized that it did not have the correct address and or name to be sent too. I then tried to contact the company via there [redacted] number they had listed. The number they had listed kept giving busy signals or a recording saying the number was invalid. A few hours later I was contacted by someone claiming to be a bio health research customer service rep the number that this call came from was###-###-####. I requested the change of address for the product they stated they couldnt do that to call the [redacted] number. The money for the product has been taken out of my card account but can not get in touch with anyone to change the address.I ended having to deactivate my card that was billed due to this company having access to possibly clean my card account out.I have called the [redacted] number several times they answer the phone by saying hello to me by name before saying there from bio health like a normal business would.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter resolved by sending the product to the correct address or a refund of the 48.00 they took from my card.
