Review: I ordered [redacted]from Bio Health Research. I found out after I ordered it that diabetics can't use this product. As soon as I *the product, I returned it. The ordering office is on 5th Ave in New York City. The return Center is in Duluth, GA. I returned the product to the Duluth, GA warehouse and was told that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. It is way past that. I called the NYC office and was told that they do not control the refunds and that there is no contact number for the GA warehouse. I also asked to speak with a manager at the NYC office and was told that there weren't any.Desired Settlement: I would like my promised refund.

Review: I purchased Garcinia Cambrogia online. It was supposed to be $4.99, but I was charged $99. My Visa refuses to remove the charges because they say that I did not read the fine print. I can assure you that if there was anything about a $99 charge, I would not have purchased the product. It is obviously advertisement that is designed to confuse/trick people into thinking they are purchasing something for $99. When I called the company to request a refund, they refused and hung up on me. Additionally, the company makes false claims about the product. This product did absolutely nothing for me.dDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $99.

We have searched for all of the information that the customer provided (name, address, phone, email) but it does not match any of our records.

The customer stated that she was offered $4.95 for a trial and then billed $99. We do not offer that offer, nor do we have trials.

If this customer had ordered from us, the charge would appear as "Bio Health Research".

Please contact us if the customer has any questions but if she checks her bank statement, she will see that she ordered from another company which she can reach by calling the phone number next to the charge.

Review: In January I ordered their product and the total bill was $148.00. When I received the product I decided I did not wish to use it so I packed all the information with my order form, my packing slip and all information and wrote them a note to please credit my debit card for the return.

I called in March because I have not had a credit to my account and they told me if I did not call for a RA in order to return the item it would take a longer time to have my money returned.

I called again today June **. 2014 and spoke with a [redacted] who told me because I did not get an RA and there was no information in their system of the return that I would not be credited.Desired Settlement: I understand that I inadvertently did not read all of the information regarding the return. In most cases if you send all of the information, they will refund your money. She tells me that they did not receive the package but it also did not come back to me so I am sure they have it. There is no reason with the information provided that they could not refund my $148.00.

I feel it is just a way to gain their product back and keep my money. I was stupid for even ordering from an online company like that anyway.
