As noted in my original message, neither response was trueRedemption did not work for any gift card I have tried, and the
merchant restaurant would not accept them for waor takeout orders. Your intent may be that both of these are possible, but in practice they have failed; this is why I am asking that they be refundedThey are not usable for the purpose intended, and the response from their support was clearly inadequate
