I am rejecting this response because:The business did not address the condition of the food or the fact that the delivery charge to my satisfactionI expect a refund of the predatory charge for delivery from a local restaurant and since they are responsible for a condition of the food, once it arrives - a full refund for the foodThe email may have listed the delivery charge viewable on a laptop, but not my phoneThis was obscuredI would have cancelled and picked the food up at the Bonfire personally if I would have seen this

regarding fraud to get the $refunded temporarilyWhat refund are they referring too? Are they refunding me the $as I requested as well? Is there an ETA on this refund? My whole issue was that they would refund me the double charge of $but it was never actually refunded by bitesquad

We do not allow posting to coupon sites.

All gift cards are redeemable on the site. We are unable to refund gift cards. These can also be used for pick up orders.

Unfortunately the restaurant was too busy at the time to make the meal. We are a third party delivery service and work with restaurant partners. The restaurant did accept later and the order was delivered.

I am rejecting this response because:
The credit that was issued was to refund the delivery fee, that I was advised was to honor a promotion they were running at the time. The promotion did not explain restrictions included, and therefore was honored by issuing a $10 credit. This was to refund a fee that was paid for with my credit card, and therefore is owed to me. This is owed to me because Bitesquad no longer services my area, so I am unable to use the credit that was issued.

The receipt during checkout was exactly as charged to the credit card. The coupon code read "Coupon invalid" during the checkout process before submit was hit.
