this company is out of business I do not want any services from a company tht has taken my money , when the business knew they were going out of service and still took a payment from me ! did not notify me what so ever ! and has yet to speak to the attorny who got the process started

Unfortunately filing for bankruptcy relief is a stressful event.  It is not the policy of BK Net Systems to request updated documents but rather a requirement of the court..  That being said we are sensitive to the fact that the client has been very patient. We have spoken with the client...

and explained the importance of providing the updated documents which she agreed to do.. We have expedited this file and it is with the local attorney for filing.

While we understand the frustration as filling a bankruptcy is a stressful time.  The documents required are not a requirement of our company but rather needed as supporting documentation required by the bankruptcy trustee.  When your bankruptcy paperwork is filed you will be asked to...

This is the same generic response I have recieved 15+ times over email. They will not give me any information in reagrds to where the funds have been deposited and the "attorney" they claim to send the money to does not exist. On all bank transactions their name is listed. They are responsible for the refund.

The information in that email was not correct. Prior to me making the complaint no one tried to reach out to me. I did miss a message from them but it was because I was in class and we are not allowed to have our phones in class. I also didnt see the message because my phone was malfunctioning. My case is being worked on NOW so Im satisfied BUT I wanted to make sure that the truth was revealed. Thank you Revdex.com because without you I would still be waiting.
