Review: I completed all paperwork and fees in February 2015. It is hard to get hold of anyone for updates. I have sent all paperwork request. Communication with company is sporadic. Court proceedings are being filed and possibility of a garnishment is looming. Messages and emails most often go unanswered. Business is still slow to resolve concerns and communicate with me. They have got better but will switch persons who contact me forcing me to explain to each new person where we are at with case. Still not resolved or any closer to filing.
