Had nothing but a good experience working with this company. They were called in to manage the restoration of my basement after a sump pump failure. Brennon was professional, answered all questions we had about the project, and communicated in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

Blu Sky was called in to assist with residents after a very serious fire in our complex. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They made a very traumatic event more manageable. Pam Stiffler, Contents Specialist, was sooo kind and helpful, not mincing any words, but explaining how the process works. Brian ***, the Project Director, was a huge help in retrieving essential items in the immediate hours after the fire.

Blusky took over our home fire repair when they merged with United Services. Our repair was estimated to take six months and ended up taking fifteen months.The repair crew made choices to complete work the way they wanted without consulting us - for example they took down wallpaper in two rooms and then just painted the rooms instead of allowing us to choose new wallpaper and re-wallpapering. They took down paneling and painted instead of putting up new paneling. They removed wainscoting in the kitchen and did not put new wainscoting in without asking us. They damaged cabinets in the bathrooms where they were just to clean which caused additional needed repairs. Cabinets and items disappeared multiple times which they said were “accidentally thrown away” and had to be replaced. Antique mid century light fixtures which were irreplaceable were taken down and then “lost” and we were told to go pick new lights for a fraction of the value which we had to argue with them over. Custom made window treatments were “thrown away”and one inch plastic cheap mini blinds were put up in their place. The charges for work done were outrageous - like they charged $256 to reset a toilet which was not needed and I could prove they never really reset, The final bill was padded with charges for work they never did, cabinets and items they had “lost” or damaged, extras like resetting a toilet which they never did, putting grout sealer on the tile flooring which they never did, staining and finishing woodwork which they never did etc. Would not recommend using them to anyone. If using them document all your belongings and look over your bill carefully!

The team that restored my room worked in a timely manner, helpful and professional. I will recommend them to anyone who need a room or home restored.

I've had to use these guys for water damage twice and they're great! Really professional and very easy to work with. My only complaint is that it took around seven weeks to complete a fairly simple project, but I'd rather hire people that I feel like I can trust and have to wait a bit than not have that peace of mind. Brennon and his team are great!

Every person who came into my home - for mitigation, estimation, contents, and restoration - was prompt, professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have never dealt with any other provider who is as responsive and concerned about the client’s schedule. They made a negative situation into a much more palatable experience. I would recommend them for any work you need done in your home.

United Services did an excellent job repairing wind damage to a section of our home. The original siding was 30+ years old and the site director went out of his way to find the closest match.

Everything went smooth. Pete was very professional and thorough. They were.in knew day and she led on the drying of my carpet for the next three days. They were in and out and vacuumed up after they were complete.

Not sure why they did such a terrible job on my house. They started the project late, failed to pull permits before working, failed to finalize permits, let permits expire (drawing me into court), installed down graded products, left holes in my walls, install wrong electrical outlets, installed roof improperly causing ceiling leaks, installed plumbing wrong and left the rest incomplete causing sewage leaks, installed a window upside down, installed doors that were too small, installed an exterior door opening into my basement stairs (code violation) and so much more

Provided Water Mitigation and Restoration to our office. Were fast, friendly, and easy to work with. The restoration done was great.

USDR was selected by my condo association to restore flooding to my unit in 2018. I had some special condition on moving all my furniture. They worked with me, the people were very professional and did a good job. A bit more communication on scheduling when people were coming would be helpful, but I would definitely use them again.
